I highly recommend this roofing company. From the start, Everett was on time, found where the roof leak was coming from, and even checked the attic and garage for any other roofing issues. He also offered to place a tarp over the problem area right away, which I really appreciated. He was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the whole visit. The price for my roof replacement was very fair compared with other estimates I received. The roofing crew did an excellent job, and what stood out most was how clean they kept the property. At the end of each work day, they cleaned up so well it looked like they had never been there. Leo, the foreman, was polite, attentive, and always made sure I could ask questions at any time. He made sure every part of the roofing work was done the way I wanted. I was also impressed with how smoothly the project was handled from inspection to installation. They understood the kind of roof care that matters in Metuchen and completed the work with real attention to detail. I would strongly recommend them for roof replacement, leak repair, and other roofing services.

Navarro Family Roofing installed new gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards at my home, and the whole project went smoothly from start to finish. The estimator, site manager, and crew took time to listen to my questions and concerns, and Leo and Everett gave clear, polite answers that were easy to understand. The workmanship was excellent, and the materials felt strong and high quality while still being offered at a fair price. The crew arrived on time, worked safely, and kept the job site neat with clean tools and organized equipment. They were very careful around my landscaping, siding, and other exterior areas of the house. Everything was completed on schedule and exactly as promised. I also appreciated how well they explained the gutter and drainage setup, including the leaf protection system and how it helps reduce maintenance. I would gladly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors for roofing, gutters, and related exterior work.

Leo was our sales rep, and he did a great job from beginning to end. Navarro Family Roofing worked directly with our insurance company and helped make sure the storm damage claim covered the roofing items that should be included, so we did not have to handle the back and forth ourselves. They kept us updated through each step of the project and explained the process clearly. The crew arrived on time and completed the work efficiently, replacing the roof, gutters, fascia, and the trim around the windows and doors. The workmanship looked very solid, and the cleanup was handled well after the job was finished. We were very happy with the service, communication, and overall roofing experience, and we would gladly recommend them again for roofing, siding, and gutter work.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Navarro Family Roofing called first and came out within 24 hours after our online request to provide an estimate. Everett was courteous, professional, and took time to clearly explain the roofing work without any pressure. He showed us shingle samples, went over pricing choices, and helped us pick a high-quality asphalt shingle roof with a solid warranty at a very fair price. Leo also checked in on the job regularly to supervise the crew and make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied. The roof replacement began just a few days after the estimate, and the finished roof looks excellent. The installation was clean, organized, and the workmanship really stands out. We have already received compliments from neighbors, and the follow-up after the project showed great customer care. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or related exterior work.

This roofing company is truly exceptional! When I found a small leak in my roof, they guided me step-by-step through working with my insurance company and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everett, who runs the business, is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Leo, my main contact, was always helpful and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions. The roofing crew was impressive—they arrived early, worked hard throughout the day, and even stayed late to make sure the job was finished and the area was spotless. After removing my old roof and installing a new one, they left my property looking perfect. The team also took care of many small details to make sure everything was done right. I am thrilled with my new roof and highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services!

Before the stormy season arrived, I decided it was time to have my roof looked at. This was my first time working with Navarro Family Roofing. Leo got back to me quickly, showed up right when expected, and was both friendly and professional throughout the process. He carefully checked over the entire roof, looked at all the shingles and gutters, took detailed photos, and then explained everything he found in clear terms. The inspection was free of charge. I feel confident trusting them with any future roofing repairs or replacements. It’s great knowing there’s a team out there that makes sure the job is done right from the start.
