  Horrible experience! I made an appointment for John to assess a problem for no specific time this morning. Upon him not calling to say he was on his way he arrived and contacted me. I said I would be right out I then proceeded to get off a treadmill remove running shoes switch to boots and a robe and run outside which took a total of 3 minutes when I got outside he was pulling out of the driveway like a bat out of hell I called him to say I'm standing in the driveway and he began to scream and yell at me that I should have been standing outside before he got there without knowing when he's coming be very wary of dealing with anyone this hot-headed and vicious I work with at least 400 contractors a year and I have not run into anyone this outrageous in 34 years

  After calling for weeks looking for a copy of my receipt for a roof that was done in 2022 or 2023, I was advised by the owner (Al Cardona) that they do not keep copies of paperwork. I found this to be odd since they claim and promote warranties on their roofs. Anyways, he then asks me to provide a receipt which was ridiculous because that was the original reason for my request. If I had one I would have never reached out to them? In either case a female who spoke Spanish said in the background “that im unorganized”.which I heard and addressed immediately. By the way I also speak Spanish. Very unprofessional and rude of her to say. Al the owner of AJ Professional is the unorganized one with very poor customer service and for that I would never recommend anyone else to this company. I will definitely be reporting this to the BBB and also looking into my warranty as well.

  Although they have a lot of good reviews, the job they did for us was subpar, and over priced. It was a small paint job to finish up a roofing repair, and they treated it with little care. We would not use them again.

  I realize with the quarantine they are likely busy but I spoke with the owner on 5/9 and he told me he’d come out Sunday 5/10 around 11am-12pm to take a look at my roof. I was surprised because it was Mother’s Day but glad someone could come out on such short notice. Well Sunday rolled around and I waited. No call, text, nothing. I messaged the owner around 1:15pm asking if someone was still going to come. It’s now 5/11 and I never received a response to my message so I’m guessing that’s a no? I totally get they might be busy but a call or message to reschedule would have gone a long way. Not answering is unprofessional.

  Christian from A&J Professional services came out to look at the work we wanted to get done. Gutter replacement, J channel replacements along with a new side door. From the start, one could see this young man loves his job. Big smile on his face when he introduced himself and told us this is his Dads company, and a little about the business. He is very polite and knowledgable. We had gotten his proposal that evening, and accepted it. The first day of work the crew was here at 7:30 am ready to work. These guys worked a long day and the work they did was exceptional. Gutters and trim look so good. When they finished everything was cleaned up. Nothing was out of place, they even put back our camera! Day 2 the door and trim was meticulously hung. All caulking was neatly done,(thanks Louis) and adjustment are perfect. Noel was the guy who did the cutting of materials. These guys work very well as a team. With so many contractors out there my husband and I can say we chose wisely, and we highly recommend them.

  Excellent Roofing Service I’m extremely satisfied with the roof replacement work done by A&J Professional Services, a truly reliable roofing company. From start to finish, they provided excellent service, quality workmanship, and a very fair price. What really stood out to me was the personal attention from the owner and his son. They were at the job site every day with their crew, personally supervising the work and keeping me informed about every aspect of my new roof. As a local roofing service, they took the time to answer my questions, explain what was being done, and make sure everything was completed correctly. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the roof replacement and the final result. Excellent price, excellent service, and excellent workmanship! I highly recommend A&J Professional Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy local roofing service or roofing company. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  From my first contact with Alvaro, I have already decided to go with A&J for my roof. Very responsible, patient and the whole team are very professional and job well done. I wish I know them earlier so that my siding and window be done with them as well ! I really appreciated their quick replacement and from the first contact till job done withing a week ! Really amazing. This is the best home improvement and roofing contractor in the area. period.

  AL and his team did a wonderful job on my 120 year old house. They work so hard and the results are amazing. I would recommend them for your roofing, gutters, windows, doors, siding, future planning- anything you need! They are professional, experienced and talented.
