  One of your drivers drove into oncoming traffic on terrill rd in order to back into a parking lot. When I beeped at this truck for driving at me head on and stopping in the road, the driver just smirked while not moving and blocking both lanes of traffic.

  I had a roof leak that needed fixing, and while they sent someone out quickly to assess it, the communication fell apart after that. I had to call three different times over a few weeks to ask for my quote. Every time, I was promised it would be sent 'soon,' but I never received a thing. If they weren’t interested in the project, I wish they’d just said so instead of wasting my time.

  Totally unreliable company.They scheduled an appointment and changed it last minute. I didn’t receive the estimate so called several times and each time, the receptionist said she would ‘tell them again’. They never called me back. I never received the estimate.

  Horrible. Guy showed up two hours late and didn’t even bother to go up on the roof. didn’t listen to anything I told him about the issues. Without even looking at the roof, I received an estimate for skylights. I do not have any skylights on my roof.

  UPDATE: we have used Deegan for many projects (see my below review) but we have been having a leak that’s connected to either the roof replacement or a repair we had done, and it has now been 6 months with no resolution. They have come to look multiple times but say they can’t find the problem. They even went so far as to tell us the problem was mice (which after a $300 exterminator inspection turned out to be absolutely a lie)….I have since found what I believe is the issue. I have emailed, sent photos, videos and their communication has been abysmal. No one knows what others have said, they say they will show up and then they don’t, they ask for sign contracts when they haven’t sent contracts. It’s a mess…..as is my bedroom ceiling that is still leaking since November. As much as I praised them before, after this debacle I certainly won’t be using them again. Nor would i recommend to anyone. As I read earlier reviews this has seemingly happened before, so clearly it’s an ongoing company issue. Deegan have now replaced our roof, done our driveway and now replaced gutters and some siding. We will continue to use them for any of this business that we have because they are just the best! Highly recommended.

  Zero stars if I could. I've dealt with A LOT of companies as a homeowner and this is BY FAR the worse I've ever dealt with. They replaced a small section of the roof and within 8 years, it was leaking. Called the office and they NEED my paid invoice, because they apparently keep no record of it. ONLY after finding and emailing them the paid invoice, they sent someone out after verifying it was covered under their 10 year warranty. Their tech comes out and insists it's not that roof leaking, but from the roof above... (WHAT?). I inspect roofs on a daily basis and he must've thought I was a novice homeowner. It was the failed flashing but he refused to come in my house so I could show him the water stains. My neighbor also had a section of the roof replaced by them and also leaked in under 10 years. It wasn't until after speaking with neighbors, friends and many realtors I know in the area, that this company has a terrible reputation. I won't even go into the other issues I've had with another roof they replaced for me. Long story short is that they ended up outsourcing that job to a non-Deegan employee. I found out after I became friendly with the "employee" that replaced the roof, and when that roof leaked in under 5 years and they sent their guy out, he also confirmed that the guy that replaced the roof was not a Deegan employee. Long story short is that I requested their insurance info (after a month+ of going back and forth with their incompetent office), and they never provided it to this day, which is required by law. I could go on and on, but if you want to save yourself the headache and hassles, hire Powell Roofing or HIPP Roofing. Still waiting for their insurance info...... and will file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs. To reply to your response, I can guarantee that you have never reached out to me, let alone leave me multiple emails and voicemails. It's hard enough to get your office to call me back. I have left you numerous voicemails and have sent multiple emails to address your concerns but I have yet to receive any response back from you. As you are aware, we are a large company. Therefore it is protocol for my staff to ask if you have a copy of your paperwork to expedite any requests. My apologies if this caused you any inconvenience. My company has always stood behind our work and have always honored our workmanship warranties. Additionally, you recently contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this same issue. After a complete thorough investigation, this matter was closed by the Better Business Bureau. Again, I have reached out to you numerous times to discuss this issue and arrange a date and time to meet on site to discuss your current issue with no response from you.   We are so deeply grateful for Brian, Debbie, Dave, Jacinto, Kevin and crew for their amazing team work in the office, on the road, and on our roof. Their quick responsiveness to repair our roof gave us peace of mind in the midst of repairing our storm damaged roof. Their patience and flexibility while we waited for approval from insurance was very much appreciated and gave us the confidence this would get done. Debbie's warm, friendly voice on the phone, speaking on our behalf with Brian was soothing to our frayed nerves. On the day of the reconstruction, we could not help but feel awe for the strength, balance, ingenuity, and perseverance of all their employees. They were also proactive in safeguarding our exposed home prior to the oncoming rain toward the end of the restoration process. We could not be more pleased and impressed with the professionalism of their workers, coordinating the trucks, communicating for extra wood, and attic fan, and all in the intense heat of the weekend. We highly recommend Deegan for all your roofing needs!

  I’ve used Deegan to replace my roof years ago and they did a wonderful job. So, when I needed my gutters replaced I called Deegan to do the job. Once again, they did a great job! They completed the work in one day and kept my property neat and clean. I’m very pleased and highly recommend them.

  The folks at Deegan are great! Their responsiveness and care for their clients is unbeatable. We used Deegan, on different occasions, to replace our roof, color match and replace pieces of our siding, and they have come out in a pinch when our gutters have needed repair after storms. I always refer friends and family to Deegan and only have goods things about the company and their honest, hard working employees.

  My overall experience with them was great. I had roof damage repaired, gutters cleaned, new chimney cap installed and trim around my window replaced. I called several places before them and those businesses did not pick up the phone or call me back. The whole process was professional and timely from the time of the estimates to the time of the repair. The technician who came out took the time to go over everything with me and issued separate quotes for each item. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

  Deegan Roofing has done an outstanding job for us. They recently completed the roof on our garage, and two years ago they replaced the roof on our main house. Even more impressive, they noticed some missing soffit that I hadn’t even realized was an issue. They came back and repaired it at no charge. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work like they do. Professional, honest, and reliable—I highly recommend Deegan Roofing!

  Very professional, courteous, fast service. We only needed a service to resecure a siding, several soffits and fascia that were damaged by a storm that birds start to nests in but too high up for my diy comfort level. Other businesses we called find it too small of a job and others takes too long to respond, Deegan Roofing was the only one that responded immediately to take on the job with the most reasonable price. Their guys came in within a week and was done in less than an hour. They did a good job fixing it. Thank you so much Deegan Roofing!

  In the early morning of 11/22/23 after a major rain and wind storm, a leak developed after several shingles blew off my roof. That morning I called Deegan Roofing and told them of my predicament. By mid afternoon a supervisor responded to my house and looked at the inside dormer as well as the exterior roof. The supervisor said "Don't worry about it. We'll handle it quickly.". I know Deegan Roofing had other bigger jobs but within less than a week the supervisor and another worker came back and handled my crisis. The supervisor took the time to reinspect the job as well as explain what was done. Thank you for your rapid response and professionalism.
