We had an entire exterior face-life. New roof, siding, new bay window, screen doors, and gutters. They did a Phenomenal job! Mauricio and Joe were friendly and easy to hold a conversation with. I highly recommend them for your next exterior project. It's well worth it!

I’m not really sure where to start, because Aura has gone above and beyond my expectations. They made sure everything went according to plan from beginning to end. They even have an online portal where you can watch the work as it happens, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. My home came out beautiful, and I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars. I highly recommend Aura to anyone looking for a company that truly delivers.

We just had our entire roof, gutters, and skylight replaced by Aura Home Exterior Company, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire team was phenomenal. They were fairly priced without ever cutting corners, and throughout the entire project they remained professional, respectful, and extremely considerate. The workmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations, and everything was completed beautifully and in a timely manner. It is rare to find a company that combines such high-quality craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, but Aura Home Exterior Company absolutely delivered on both. Mauricio, Joe, and their team honored every promise they made. One of the things that meant the most to us was that either Mauricio or Joe was always on-site overseeing the project and making sure every detail was handled properly. Their dedication to ensuring our complete satisfaction gave us tremendous confidence throughout the entire process. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! This was truly a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend Aura Home Exterior Company to anyone looking for an exceptional exterior home improvement company. We would absolutely do business with them again in the future.

First to start off, Joe and Mauricio are two great guys. They stick to their word and are straightforward, keeping everything real with you. They are both very welcoming people, and my wife and I are excited and thankful we found them to do this job for us. We got our siding on the house and garage done, a new stucco foundation, a new garage roof, a new door, and a window. With our experience with AURA, we would definitely recommend them to 1000 times over to anyone who needs some work done to their home. Once again, we want to thank Joe and Mauricio and the whole Aura team for making our home look and feel new and welcoming. They went above and beyond. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

One of the most honest professionals. Reached out to Mauricio after a minor roof issue. Sent him photos of the roof. he selflessly spent time to explain me the process. I was charged nothing. In fact, even advised me to talk to the roof contractors who installed it for warranty claims. Saved me a lot of money. People like him, u don't find that many these days. I'm 100% going to choose them for our next windows replacement project. Very pleased.

I had a leak in my bay window. Called several roofing companies and Aura was the only one who could come today. Joseph V was at my house in less than an hour, he cleared all the snow off my roof and was nothing but polite and helpful. Will definitely be calling them for any other issues in the future and highly recommend Aura

We had several days of heavy downpours here in New Jersey, and although our roof hadn’t leaked in years - ever since replacing it in 2018 - it started leaking again during this recent stretch of rain. This review was long overdue, but it’s a good one. Given the Memorial Day weekend, getting roofers on the phone was tough. Most were booked or unavailable, but I managed to schedule two inspections. One of them was Aura Home Exteriors. It wasn’t an easy decision. The roof was still under ten years old, and replacing it again felt premature. Still, I didn’t want to gamble on a patch. We decided to redo the roof entirely - and replace the gutters while at it. Online reviews gave me some confidence, but I’m a skeptical and detail-oriented person. In the end, I trusted my gut and called Alex back to move forward. Alex is one hell of a salesman. From the first call to the on-site visit, he was professional, transparent, and reassuring. Communication was excellent - Alex and Matt kept me updated constantly, even during the holiday weekend. The roof project took two full days. Day one focused on removing the old roof and installing the new one (including fixing the chimney flashing), and day two was all about gutters. I was initially worried about the speed, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The crew worked fast, clean, and precise. The end result was flawless - especially the chimney. That’s when I met Joe, the project manager. Joe stayed on-site both days, patiently explaining every step and turning roofing jargon into plain English. His professionalism, calmness, and genuine care made the whole experience feel less like a transaction and more like teamwork. By the end, I was thrilled. Aura proved themselves reliable, professional, and customer-focused. I told myself I’d call them again someday - and I did. Next came a bigger job: new sidings, an entry door, a storm door, and a custom window - all while I was remodeling a bathroom. The siding work took nearly a we

Mo and Joe were fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Explained everything very thoroughly and we’re just good honest people. They weren’t the cheapest of all the offers I got, but they were what I felt most comfortable with by a long shot. If you want peace of mind, go with someone honest and through.
