  The roof is fine but Matt admitted in person and via text that their shingle delivery subcontractor damaged the end of our front gutter, promised to make it right, cashed my check for the $20,000+ roof replacement job, sent me a nice note thanking me for my trust, and then did not respond after repeated reminders that they promised to replace the gutter. He also said he intended to send the installation crew back to clean up the nails and debris they left. He did not. I feel cheated and played for a sucker but like a fool, I already paid in full. I plan to send them a bill after I pay for gutter replacement myself but I’m not holding my breath that they’ll pay. They talked a nice talk. I would not recommend. UPDATE: Over two years later, out of the blue, someone showed up to my door and said he was here to replace the damaged gutter. No communication from Reliance but better late than never.

  I was involved in the transaction referenced in Andrew Beldin's review and wanted to provide additional context from the buyer's side. Reliance was recommended to us by trusted industry professionals, and we found them to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the inspection process. The property in question was a luxury 4,400 sq. ft., three-story home located in a hilly neighborhood with a low sloped roof. The team spent considerable time carefully analyzing both the roof and attic rather than conducting a quick visual inspection. During their evaluation, they identified evidence of previous roof leaks, moisture and mold concerns in the attic, and apparent deficiencies related to prior roof installation/workmanship. For a luxury home of this caliber and price point, the condition and long-term performance of the roof are critical considerations. We appreciated the detailed and independent assessment they provided, which allowed our buyers to make an informed decision regarding a significant investment. While parties in a real estate transaction may have differing opinions regarding repair scope and cost, our experience was that Reliance provided an honest, detailed, and professional evaluation. I would confidently recommend Reliance to future clients.

  Do not hesitate to hire Cooper Mountain Roofing for your roofing project. I solicited quotes from five roofing companies. I rejected three immediately after meeting in-person the sales person (let's just say "shady," and not in a good roof-shade kind of way). One other company simply refused to commit to even an vague installation date. I picked Cooper Mountain because Casey is a no b.s. straight-shooter: answered every question with expertise, produced a quote with exacting detail, steered me in every right direction (install gutter guards if you don't have them), and committed to a realistic installation time window. As for the installation crew that showed up to do the tear-off and replace? Oh my goodness gracious. A pure pleasure to have them on my property for three days and master roofers to the man -- artists, really -- in what they accomplished.

  After three years the company came through again! They came quickly and are taking care of the problems created by squirrels. The original roof was done three plus years ago. They were here always on time and efficiently finished the job and within the budget. We highly recommend Reliance Roof Pros!

  Really appreciated Josh and Matt coming out to my parent's house the other day. Being experienced with the job, I had been trying to help my parents with some of the realities of the situation. Matt was eloquent in approach and how much it would be. He also warned my mom of people who may take advantage of doing a job that would not fix the underlying problems. Honesty isn't common in this game. This was refreshing. He had experience to back up his findings and reasons with what needed to be done. I know it was hard for him to break the news to my mom, I was glad I was there to try to bring levity as I knew it was not going to be fixable within reason and value. These guys are professional and personable. Approaching sales with the customer in mind is 100% the way to go, and I say these guys are 100% Cool.
