  All our call are monitored, and we have proof that you've been persistently requesting us to get you an estimate in a short time. Everyone has to get in the schedule as we are busy. We also have proof that Julian did an exception for you and went to take pictures of the house on Friday, again everyone has to wait a few days to get an estimate because it takes time. In construction, roofing is the most risky job. Unfortunately, we had a crew member injured on Friday and you Julian went to the hospital with him to help him out. If you think that we have to prioritize your request above everyone else, you're wrong. Until now you're the most unprofessional real estate agent we've had to deal with. Don't even expect to get an estimate now and/or in the future. Oswego Roofing

  I have used this company in years past and the service has always been good. I understand that they have changed hands and now their customer service has gotten awful. They never returned my phone calls. When a neighbor scheduled service from them they never showed up.

  I paid $3030.00 for a leak repair that is NOT fixed. When Owesgo Roofing came back to look at it, they told me the leak was actually coming from my balcony and not my roof, where they originally said it was coming home. I would say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a repair. Called Oswego Roofing because they were referred to me by my contractor, who is great. But Oswego Roofing recently changed ownership and working with them was very painful. They had told me they would come 4 different times and they never did, they never once called to say they were not coming, I had to call them each time they didn't show up. Finally they showed up on the 5th time, only to leave multiple areas in the roof open and they used white to patch up everything when the roof is grey. Someone called to get a payment, I said I would not pay them until the job was complete. Finally someone came out to fix it and the minute they left, I got 6 phone calls within 3 hours for payment. There were multiple other conversations and back and forth and overall the entire experience was awful.

  Wasted my time. I was having a hard time finding a roofing company to take on a project related to an insurance claim, so I was initially relieved when Oswego Roofing was able to schedule an estimate with a guy named Nephi. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence in me that they would offer options for the project while navigating insurance skillfully. I stopped looking for other options, and gave him a few days to send me the estimate as he said he would. I texted and emailed to follow up, and one of the emails included my insurance representative who he said he would coordinate with. At first, it sounded like he was just behind on paperwork. He apologized and indicated he would get it to me soon. This went on for perhaps a week or two. He became less and less responsive as time went on, until he stopped responding. I texted and emailed to ask if he was okay and if he could still do the project. Perhaps there was a family emergency and he should pass along my case to someone else at the company? Perhaps something else had changed that meant that I should find a different company? I wanted to give him a chance to tell me if for some reason I needed to start over. But instead, he said absolutely nothing. Finally, I looked into how else I could contact the company, and saw an easy option to send them a message on Facebook. I asked, "Is there still someone named Nephi working there?" My message appears to have been read but never responded to. Extremely unprofessional.

  I had a great experience working with Oswego Roofing to replace my roof. The workmanship was great and the job only took a couple of days. The roofers cleaned up after themselves and made sure no nails or old shingles were left in the yard. I’d recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof.

  I previously had a leak in roof and found out about Oswego Roofing through a friend of mine who had work done by them. When I first reached out for an estimate they told me that same day someone would come inspect my roof and be able to give me a quote. Julian was the one who showed and was very professional and efficient. My roof is now leak free. Will 10/10 recommend.

  Had my roof replaced recently, everything was fast and easy. The employees were friendly and completed the roof quickly and efficiently.   We have a concrete tile roof and Oswego Roofing is one of the few roofers who knows what this means. They worked with us on some badly damaged parts of our roof, offered fair quotes and the crews who did the work were skilled and hard-working. When the repairs were worse than they quoted, they only charged us for materials. They also cleaned and used tiles we had as spares which saved us quite a bit of money. I'm going to call them next time our roof needs to be cleaned or repaired!

  Oswego Roofing has been taking care of my roof for over 20 years. They did the initial fix on a problematic installation, and they've been maintaining this roof ever since. I trust them implicitly, they do a meticulous clean up, and they are a pleasure to work with.
