We hired Evolution RoofWorks to do a roof and gutter installation. What a great experience it was to work with Sean and his company to do the work! Sean was great to work with from our first interaction with him all the way through to the final walk-through. He was very responsive to questions and provided good guidance as we navigated what we wanted for the new roof and gutters. The crew that installed the roof showed up on time and did an amazing job! Same with the gutter installation crew - very fast and efficient. All in all, it was a great experience working with Sean and the install crews. I would strongly recommend Evolution RoofWorks for your next roof and/or gutter installation.

When looking for high-quality contractors and roofers, you’ll be very hard-pressed to find anyone better than Sean and his team at Evolution Roofworks. Sean came highly recommended and I was fortunate enough to see two of the projects he just finished this year as well as my in-laws lived right across from the project so they were able to see the professionalism of their team From the very beginning, the quality was noticeable. More than just giving me a cost for a roof. Sean went into the attic, found mold that I didn’t know existed and found That several ducts had come unattached over the last 20 years. They were quiet and they kept out property clean. They also installed protection netting on the sides of my house during the removal of my old roof to ensure there was no damage done to my property. They removed all nails and garbage from the site and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finish product. The very best part is that I built amazing trust with Sean and his company. After giving me my original quote He came back and gave me an even better quote, even though I wasn’t asking for it. Before the project started, I had some shingles on the side of my house that it become detached, and he came straight out to look at them and confirm that they just needed to be repositioned. Even on the last day when he came over to collect payment, he did a final check of my yard for any nails or debris. His team had done such a great job. He only found one which is amazing considering how many nails are in a roofing project. You just can’t go wrong hiring evolution roof Works Michael W. Forest Heights Portland , Oregon

Truly professional roofers. Fair priced, honest, and well organized. Watched them do a neighbor, then hired them for myself. They are careful with your property. New roof looks great, I was impressed by the thorough cleanup. Recommended them to my daughter’s family.

Sean was straightforward and easy to deal with. He was able to schedule the job when it was beneficial for us to do it and solved supply problems when they came up quickly. He was responsive when issues arose and the job was done well and on time. It was a good experience throughout.

Cannot impress how happy we are with Sean and his crew on our new roof replacement! Sean went above and beyond on the project - a bit complicated due to the fact that we replaced one side of a duplex roof that entailed some "interesting" variables. He worked diligently to make sure both sides got the best result and saved me from a "miss" regarding shingle selection and suggested a change up in color in the 11th hour to his detriment. Not many contractors would have bothered and being a realtor I have many roofing contacts. I highly recommend !!

I had an awesome experience with Evolution. The team was focused, worked efficiently, and the quality of the job was top notch. Sean and team went above and beyond with the little details and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward. Highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

Evolution Roofworks treated the moss and algae on my roof, cleaned my gutters, installed 5 stem vents, 5 box vents and an edge vent. I had Sean (owner) checked my attic for leaks and he found I had mold in my attic space. I am very thankful that he discovered this as I was able to have the mold taken care of straight away. Sean installed new vents to allow for more ventilation to prevent future molds. Sean and his team did a wonderful job with my roof. They went beyond and fixed any issues that they saw on my roof. Sean was very communicative and responsive to my phone calls and messages. He was very professional and respectful and was so pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the work that he and his team had done. I would definitely highly recommend Evolution Roofworks for all your roofing needs.

Thank you Adrienne, glad we could help you get your roof back in tip top shape! What an awesome house and property you have there! If we can ever help with any roofing, gutter, or siding needs in the future, we'd be honored to work with you again!

If you've never had a roof replaced, you might not know what to expect. Here's a quick rundown of how we work: The day before: we ask that you clear the driveway. A debris trailer and a port-a-potty will arrive. Day of: we start with property protection. Drop cloths and tarps go down around the perimeter. On two-story homes, we set up an extension pole and tarp system to protect the siding as debris comes off the roof. Then it's tear-off, full inspection of the decking underneath, underlayment, and new shingles, in that order. We work clean and we work systematically. Throughout the project, we send daily updates so you know what stage we're at and what to expect tomorrow. Most residential replacements take one to two days, depending on roof size and complexity. We don't leave a job half-done overnight and we don't disappear between phases. At the end, we do a full cleanup and a magnetic sweep for any nails that may have landed in the yard or driveway.
