  I never leave reviews. As I was driving home, I witnessed a Homemasters company truck crossing the St. Johns Bridge around 7:00 PM on 6/20 driving in an extremely unsafe manner. Unfortunately it happened so quickly that I didn’t get a license or truck#. But I did see the Homemasters logo. Owners, you have a huge liability on your hands. The driver came to a screeching stop just before hitting the vehicle in front of them and then repeatedly swerved in and out of their lane across the bridge. Several other drivers appeared forced to move out of the way to avoid a potential collision. Based on what I observed, the driver’s behavior posed a serious safety risk to everyone on the road. I hope Homemasters investigates this incident and takes appropriate action. Update: Your response states that HOMEMASTERS had no company vehicles operating in that area on July 20..(I would recheck your records, as that date is in the future as of July 14th. This incident happened on JUNE 20. I have dashcam footage showing a HOMEMASTERS-branded company vehicle in that location on that date. I’m willing to share the footage so your team can review it against your records. I hope you’ll reconsider your conclusion and investigate further. Happy to add the video to this review.

Based on our review, Homemasters did not have any company vehicles operating in that area on July 20th. While we cannot determine what vehicle you observed, we have found no evidence that it was affiliated with Homemasters.   I hired these guys several years ago to replace my gutters. They did so, and ever since then there were leaks behind them in several different places. When I asked them to fix it, they inspected their work and blamed the design of the roof installation and said there was nothing that they could do about it without replacing a portion of the roof. After a few years of tiring of the leaks, I asked a couple of other contractors to take a look, and one of them was able to fix it by just installing better flashing that was properly positioned. The leaks are gone! Those guys will get my future business (subject of a separate review). Not only did Home masters not fix their own work, they apparently don’t understand asphalt shingle installation well enough to fix a problem independently. I will never hire these guys for another job.

  Had a roof done by them on our old property and thought they did a good job and fell just above our lowest quote. Bought a new property so had them come quote they were twice above the other 3 quotes we got! Therefore we went another direction!

  Had this contractor install a new roof. It seemed to go OK, but they failed to seal the skylight I have. It's been leaking hot/cold air and sometimes water since December. I have called them 4 times, every time they say they are sorry and will schedule a fix. But they have never followed up. Maybe they will do a simple job, but any little complication they will fail to do right, and their warranty is worth nothing. Terrible follow up.

  Matt Wright came out to give a quote. He quoted 4k verbally for a skylight and never reached back for a former quote. I feel it was a waste of time for both sides.

  We got our roof replaced by Home Masters in Summer 2021. It was overall a very stressful experience. - They kept delaying the process, and it took 2 weeks to replace the roof. - They were very slow to respond to calls and emails throughout the entire ordeal. - The workers got caught (by us) cutting corners and not replacing the old under-materials like the contract stated, so some parts of the roof still has the old material under the shingles. - There was a lot of nails and staples left around the house we had to clean up afterwards. - They promised "5-star" Certainteed warranty, which ended up being a 4-star. They sound nice on paper and the salespeople and the owner are pleasant to talk to, but the overall experience was too stressful and unsatisfactory.

  Driver was aggressive and cut my learning son off in traffic. He made a totally illegal lane merge trying to beat traffic. Shows very poor judgement and would not recommend working on my home.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Wish we went to another company. 1. Didn't replace the right boards prior to replacing the roof. Now we have boards that are not lined up with the rest and hopefully the poor replacement works. 2. Nails and material left everywhere once completed and we have young children. We shouldn't have to clean up after paying for the service that includes clean up. 3. Gutters that lead to spout was smashed in to fit in the spout and It looks horrible. I'm afraid the roof was done pourly and we are going to pay for it later. Highly suggest shopping around.

  We hired Homemasters to corrected multiple issues from a prior roofing job from 10 years ago. They were knowledgeable and understanding of our unique situation and we felt comfortable with their ability to correct the issues. They re-engineered our attic ventilation and replaced the full roof and gutter system. We can honestly this was the best experience we've had with a contractor in our 15 years of home ownership. Professional, communicative, straight forward pricing, and on top of everything. They cleaned up every night, were respectful of our property & neighbors, and did a fantastic job.   Emilio and Nathan were so good to work with. Communication was top notch and they did a beautiful job. Clean up after was awesome. Greg came for the initial contact and made things very clear. I am generally leary because my home is 120 years old. I will use Homemasters again and recommend them to anyone!

  Alex and Emilio were awesome. 🤩 Chimney gone as planned. 🙏 This chimney repair was due to the improper flashing with roof replacement by Homemasters. They did repair after bricks were dissolving and a crack that had formed.
