  Sent a creepy letter with a picture of my house claiming they measured the area and pitch "conducted by hand". I assume they just used google maps, but still creepy to send a photo of my house claiming you trespassed. Letter also says "Time for a new roof!" but my roof is less than 10 years old.

  Hey Heather, I’m sorry if we offended you in any way. We respect peoples privacy so we choose not to knock on doors or Cold call you. Instead, we do a quick drive-by and “Mark “houses that look like they need new roofs. Then we have measurements conducted via Google like you mentioned. It also pulls a street image of the house from google. No one was on your property, so I’m not sure how we trespassed but again I’m sorry to bother you.

  Do not understand how these guys have 4.7 stars. They are terrible to work with. Very poor communication and can't even pass an inspection from the city. Awful experience, be careful with this outfit they are full of promises and excuses.

  Person who answered their phone said I would receive a call the next morning. No call the next morning or response to a text asking when I could expect a call. If you have a roofing emergency that needs urgent attention, this is not the place.

  This was honestly the worst experience I've had, the guy that came to our house was very rude and brought his kid so I had to babysit them wile he worked.

  We had doors, windows and new siding installed and our experience with Prime Exteriors was disappointing. We had a number of issues throughout the project. Cleanliness – Left a pile of trash in driveway up against our hedge. We were repeatedly told they would take it to the dump, but it took almost a month. Windows – We agreed more than 3 months before the project, I would get the door and he would get the windows. Over a month into the project and windows had not arrived. Their plan was to finish the siding, remove it later and then put the siding back. To prevent this, I had to come up with a plan to find and pickup the windows. Damage- o External air conditioner – Covered while running, used as a table for tools and even had people stand on it. This caused the unit to break during the heat of the summer. Thankfully we had a camera that caught the damage being done. Taylor did replace the unit, but it shouldn’t have happened. o Overcutting on the door removal leaving large gap and cuts in hardwood floors. o Small fridge stacked on chest freezer causing damage to door. Taylor did replace. Time – We were told it would be 2-3 weeks from start to finish, but took almost a 3 months. Poor communication and everything took longer than they expected. In the end the project was done to satisfaction and damages restored, but it was a long rough road. There were delays and damages that could have been avoided with some simple planning and communication.

  Poor communication and no project oversight from start to finish. Company failed to protect my new patio cover, even though it was written in the agreement, they caused over $3,000 in damages. Clean up was poor, roofing nails in my driveway and in the street. Debris left on the RV carport. Terrible experience all around.

  Bryon, as I’ve said in our text conversation, I am sorry for your experience with our company. It’s not what we expect and has helped us in making changes to some of our processes going forward. I am happy that I can sleep at night knowing you have a great looking roof that’s installed properly. Unfortunately our installers didn’t protect the patio cover to either of our likings. They were instructed to do something but didn’t. It’s human error and people are going to make mistakes. I think it’s how we respond that is most important. I don’t think it’s right to leave out the fact that we are crediting you the $3,200 you requested for the damage. Also, to make sure everything is transparent in your review which will live online forever, it’s important to note that the $3,000 worth of damage is isolated to 7 acrylic clear panels on a patio cover which as you said in your own text you were surprised at the high cost…here is a link to a picture from you of all the damage we caused. https://www.linkpicture.com/q/3698CDBC-B1AE-4468-8F18-AF48ABBC39BB.jpeg Again for transparency reasons, I think it’s important to add context. Here are your texts below. “I received an update from the contractor regarding the patio roof panels. The cost of the panels and shipping costs ended up a lot more than his initial assumption. All total for materials and labor is nearly $3,200…. “I questioned the pricing as well until I saw the actual panel quote from the manufacturer. The panels are $210 each, not including shipping cost.” Again, I’m sorry for your negative experience and I hope you can see that we did everything requested in a timely manner and credited you for the $3200 you requested.

  Matt Clarke came to my door recently after seeing the current state of my roof. I was skeptical at first but he was super professional and took me through everything entailed with doing a replacement. Fast forward to now it was a super smooth process and went without any surprises or hidden charge. Highly recommend !

  I was in the market for a new roof when I met Matt and Caden. I’m very analytical about who I hire, so at that point I already had 4 quotes. They were by far the best in price while having the same warranties as other companies as well as a durable shingle. Got the roof installed and no issues. Highly recommend these guys!!

  I’m a general contractor and have used prime exteriors for multiple projects. I’ve had them do a few new roofs for my customers as well as some siding and painting. Always been a smooth experience, they charge you for everything upfront, and overall never had to worry about anything. Matt, Caden, and Dustin were great communicators.

  They did a good job with the shingles. Most of my plywood was rotted so they had to replace all of that. Each time they had to increase the cost because of rot they sent pictures and explained why it was needed, how many sheets of plywood were needed and told me how much my monthly payment would increase. They did my garage as well and it had the same problems with rot, and they were up front about it all. My stove pipe leaked down the sides inside the house when it rained afterwards. It took just over a month for someone to come fix it. Luckily, it didn't rain during that time. I'm sure that was on their radar because it was their busy time, and they knew they could squeeze by without returning until rain was in the forecast. So that did work out for both of us but the communication during that wait was lacking. I also had them replace all my gutters. They turned out well. The roofers themselves were very courteous. They kept the yard very clean. They ran the magnet sweeper around the entire yard every evening after finishing for the day. They did leave the trash trailer in my driveway for a week after the job was completed though. This work was done in April 2025.

  We had a terrific experience with Prime Exteriors NW during our recent roof replacement. At all points during the process, we were impressed with the team’s professionalism, communication, thoughtfulness, and the work they did. Caden spent an incredible amount of time answering our questions and explaining the quote to us, Dustin was efficient and thoughtful in coordinating the logistics, and the crews completed the work in four days and left our property in great shape. We love our new roof and gutters and highly recommend Prime Exteriors NW!

  These guys are great! I've worked with them a couple of times now to address leaks in/around skylights in my house. They are super responsive and really take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them for any kind of roofing needs.
