  The only good thing I have to say is that the work was done. However, communication was nonexistent. Said they would come out the next day, Saturday, and if they didnt come they would come Monday. Did not come Monday and did not make any contact. I called and they said they should have called and told us the jobs for the day were postponed due to the rain. Came the next day but there was no contact at all. We had to look at the roof to even ensure any work was done. Got a call the day after for payment. No details about the repair at all. Just told to pay over the phone or send a check. I appreciate a family owned business. I dont appreciate a poorly run one.

  I apologize that you are upset. The job was sold on a Friday 5th the day after a holiday and the suppliers we closed.The suppliers were reopened on Monday 8th, due to the weather on Monday we had to reschedule the repair for the next weather permitting day. The job was completed on Tuesday 9th and we called you and left a message regarding the job was completed. If there is any thing we can do to resolve this issue please call the office Thank you

  Well, let me update THIS as since Reliable Roofers did fix my leak for like 1 rain storm. My rook is leaking AGAIN!!! but this time water is pouring into my home POURING!!!!!!!!!!!! like streaming into my house in the exact same area!! He said he was replacing 3 areas on the roof and yet... it is still leaking. I don't know what this guy did at all. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Can't get them on the phone after an estimate. I had them come out to look at a leak in my rook on May 26, 2018 and they said I would receive a call Tuesday May 29, 2018 since Monday was a holiday and the roofer warned me they were busy, which is fine. I however, did not receive a call on Tuesday so I call Wednesday and they say the roofer will call me, I get no call. I call again and they offer the guys cell phone number which I must admit I didn't want I just asked to have him contact me to set the appointment for repair still nothing. I understand they are busy, but it seems ridiculous we cannot set the appointment and no one will reach out. I called today June 4th a full week and a half after they cam out and a week after I was supposed to have an appointment and expressed my disappointment with the process and the receptionist said and I quote "We are a small office there are 3 people here what do you expect? You can call any roofer and they are busy!" completely missing the point that I just want to set the appointment so I can plan to be available. And to answer her question of what I expect... professionalism. I have to answer that here because she hung the phone up on me.

  I was happy with every aspect of the process of installing the new roof....estimate, communication, installation, taking care of landscaping, removal of trash and the great crew. Highly recommend this company.

  Quick response and excellent service! Larry quickly answered and came out to inspect my roof when I needed it. He gave his honest review of the situation and did not try to up-sell me on a bunch of products or services I did not need. I will definitely call them with any of my roofing needs!

  I had then reshingle my roof this summer. Unfortunately it turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. Despite this they did a solid job, and 2 came by the next day to install the kickout flashing I explicitly requested. So I'm pretty happy I went with Reliable

  I had a roof emergency and I spoke with Bob. He was able to come right out and give me an estimate. I was happy he had years of experience and the cost was reasonable. Julie the office manager was able to send Eddie the next day to work on the roof and correct the problem. I am happy with the work they did and it's refreshing to hire a local, family owned company with great customer service and trained/certified employees. Again thank you for putting a rush on this job for me. And giving me piece of mind. I would refer them to anyone needing their services.
