  I have received multiple unsolicited robocalls from this company despite telling them to not call and being on the national do not call registry. I can barely use my phone after getting hail in my neighborhood because of companies like this. Give your business to a company that doesn't use scummy tactics and harass people for business.

  A salesman, Charles, came to our door and bad mouthed our insurance company. They stated our current insurance company would only pay 80% of our roof claim and that we should switch to another company. This statement is false and our roof as it sits now is entirely covered under our policy. Is your salesman whose making these claims a licensed insurance agent as well? Seems extremely unprofessional.

  When someone nicely asks you to leave when you are going door to door, you leave. Asked nicely 3 times for the man at our door to leave and then had start raising my voice. NO means NO. How is that so hard to understand. I have 2 little kids at home and luckily my husband was home and overhead the man and ran upstairs to confront the person. I've never had to call non-emergency dispatch to ask police to speak to a solicitor. Wow, just wow.

  Poor quality workmanship on my roof. Cut lines done poorly, shingle overhang not straight (this was corrected later), gutters scratched up (fixed later), old shingles thrown on my flowers, products ordered that were not needed or used (read their "checklist") this is product you/your insurance company pay for and they keep.

  Hi Jolane, We apologize for not meeting your expectations on this job as we strive to provide exceptional service and workmanship on each and every job. We did address the overhang and gutter concerns and offer to cover any costs incurred for replacing the damaged flowers. We are still happy to provide that if you would like to submit a receipt to our accounting department for reimbursement or let us know the names and quantities of the flowers damaged and we will have them replaced for you. We always order extra materials above the approved square footage on every job as there is always waste incurred pending on complexity and cuts on the roof. We prefer to have our supplier deliver extra materials to the job site to ensure we can complete the job without interruption rather than come up short, slow down production and delay completion. In circumstances like yours, where the job site is about 2 hours out from the Twin Cities in a rural area, we will order even more materials to be on the safer side. Again, our apologies for any inconveniences caused and please reach out if we can assist with the flowers or anything else.

  My experience with Refresh Exteriors was excellent. The roof on my house was damaged in a storm September of 2025, and the roof was replaced April of 2026. Mike Deutsch was my project manager. He handled everything between the insurance company, Refresh, and the workers. He was thorough in his explanations of the process and my choices. It couldn't have been any easier on my part. The quality and workmanship on my house were stellar.

  Our experience with Refresh Exteriors was excellent, and the majority of the credit goes to Mike Deutsch! The Refresh Exteriors crew he coordinated was sharp and accurate. They produced a very clean job, which was very important in our community of townhouses that are very close to each other and on small lots. They managed to preserve some of the sensitive appliances around the house and erase any trace of this great project's byproducts at the very moment of its completion. Mike Deutch also created a great atmosphere of trust and went the extra mile in taking over communication and the process with the insurance company.

  We recently had a full Hardie siding, gutter, and soffit project completed, and overall had a great experience working with Chad Dillon, Ryker and crew. Chad was excellent to work with from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, responsive, patient with questions, and helped guide us through a major exterior project without ever making the process feel overwhelming. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure things were done right and that we were happy with the final result. From tear down to the finished product, the crew was respectful, hardworking, and professional. They did a great job keeping the job site clean throughout the project and were very mindful of our plants and landscaping which we really appreciated. Large exterior projects can be stressful as a homeowner, but the communication and care from the team made the process much smoother. The finished product turned out great, and we’re very happy with how everything came together. Thanks again to Chad, Ryker, and the team for all the hard work.

  Mike D did a great job from start to finish. High level of detail and constant communication with me as well as the insurance company. He made a complex project seem easy. New roofs and siding as a result of hail damage.
