  if there was a -1 star option, I’d pick that. they have left so many nails and screws outside that my sandals literally got caught on them! It almost stabbed me. They were 50 bucks and it’s after work hours so I can’t even tell them. Then I saw screws in the hallway of my apartment! There’s dogs and kids that live in the building. This is so wrong! Can’t even clean up after themselves!

  First of all I live in an apartment complex and have nothing good to say about this company or the crew. So far they have been here for 2 days and have left a complete mess every day and are working way past appropriate hours. I was walking out to leave for work last night close to 8pm, as I was walking out the door I was hit in the head and shoulder with heavy debris and nobody even bothered to apologize for it. When I asked the crew for the company name they refused to give me an answer so I had to talk to my apartment complex to find out who was working here. Also I have a dog and there are several other tenants with dogs and small children who now have to worry about nails and metal scattered all over the outside of the building.

  In response to this situation. I should have responded to this review months ago. The tenant did call me and explained that some debris hit him as he left the building. I will now address what is in the review because if you have dealt with me and my company you will have read other reviews and know that this is not what we do here at Redeemed Roofing. 1. Yes, we were contracted out by the apartment complex to re-roof this apartment building which could not have been done in one day. This was a 2-3 day project. 2. Each night there was a general clean up and material placed in one spot. 3. As far as work hours - We do work late, especially when there is rain in the forecast, which there was. An open roof can be costly in a rain storm. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I would rather a little us work a little later and make sure that we keep your apartment dry. Lastly, all the doors openings were taped off with caution tape. When I asked the crew about this, they said you just walked out without asking if it was clear or safe to do so. Again, I'm sorry that you were hit with debris. To everyone else reading this review, you can check out all our other reviews and judge us on those.

  If you are looking for a roofing company you can trust, look no further than Redeemed Roofing. My positive experience began after a hailstorm when my neighbor contacted them for a roof inspection. John from Redeemed worked directly with her insurance company, and her claim was quickly approved. He also identified damage to my side of our duplex, and the company handled the claim with my insurance as well, resulting in approval for both of our roofs to be replaced. The crew was fantastic. They completed our large duplex roof in just a couple of days and were meticulous about cleaning up the yard each night before they left. The new roof looks great. What truly impressed me was after the job was done, I messaged John asking if I could borrow a ladder to replace a security camera on my dormer. The very next day, his son showed up with a ladder and not only let me borrow it but replaced the camera for me. I 100% recommend Redeemed Roofing

  I can’t recommend Redeemed Roofing enough. The winds damaged our roof, and insurance was dragging their feet about repairing it. John acted as sort of the middle man for us, and made sure insurance paid what they were supposed to for our repairs. It’s great having Redeemed Roofing in our corner!

  John was great to work with! He came gave an estimate and once we were ready to move forward the job was scheduled within the week and on the scheduled day the job was finished within one day with great clean up! Redeemed Roofing is highly recommended in my book!
