  We have been waiting since March. It is August now. They did the roof. They dropped off siding finally, after receiving the wrong color. Said they would be here a week ago, but it is still sitting in the driveway. Windows are still not done as well. Rain coming in through those. They are not very responsive and communication is horrible. Update: I do not have the wrong buisness. The wrong color was not ordered i guess, it was just never ordered at all. That's what was told to my husband. The guy who was responsible got spoken to about it. But it's still unprofessional, and very inconvenient They showed this morning, said be back at 12, but then no one came back?? I'm guessing you'll be back tomorrow. I'll update again when the job is done.

  Thank you J&M roofing for making replacing the house and garage roof such a fast and smooth process. It looks GREAT! Austin is such a knowledgeable and easy to work with guy. He went above and beyond to walk us through the whole process and also helped us with our insurance agent and made sure they were fair with the claim. He answered all of our questions and explained how the whole job would be done. They had our house and garage done in just a little over 7 hours! They all did great at cleanup, all the men working were very polite and were very hard workers. We will definitely be getting ahold of them soon for all new gutters on house and garage roofs. After asking him how a gal could get one of the nice looking J&M hoodies that some of them were wearing. Austin said he would look into it and try hooking me up with one to help promote the business! That’s a win for us both!

  Austin answered all my questions, was friendly but not pushy, and went beyond what I expected. The crew arrived on time (4:30 a.m. on the dot), finished by 6:00 p.m. and cleaned everything up. I highly recommend J&M Roofing and Austin Roberts if you need roofing done.

  When the hail storm hit in March I was referred by a friend of J&M Roofing. I was told the customer service was the best…and that it was! I had Sam York as my contractor, and I must say he was very professional, returned every phone call and was on the job site the whole time! I had a new roof and gutters installed on the time I was told, and the quality of work from materials, workers, and my contractor was the best!! Thank you to J&M for making this difficult time any easy transition.

  Tornado hit in March devistating our area. I have lived in my house 52 years never having a home claim and being a widow had no idea how to pursue. Sam was so helpful and walked me through every step. Met with the adjuster multiple times to make sure all damage was assessed and included in the claim. His roofing, gutter and siding crews were amazing very respectful regarding landscaping and outdoor furniture were covered at the times of repair. Please call Sam if you need roofing or home repairs.

  After the tornado back in March of this year, things suddenly became somewhat traumatic and times were very trying. There were neighbors and volunteers that were very active in restoring our properties and lives back into some normally and we thank each and every one of them. And then of course there were some people that came out with not good intentions and to take advantage of your situation. That being said, one day this guy comes up the driveway to the house and started his pitch of his company services, his sales pitch was very professional and he seemed very knowledgeable about the information he was providing to us. Sam is his name and he most definitely came through on his word! Sam and his team did excellent work in a timely manner and their were very thorough, extremely professional and after they completed the job, the team did a great job cleaning up the property when finished! Five Stars to Sam and J&M Roofing for a job well done! They actually did a marvelous job on three properties so to you J&M we give Fifteen Stars!! Thank you!

  Sam York and J &M Roofing are the best!! Our roof and siding were damaged in a recent storm and Sam helped with EVERYTHING!
