  Terrible clean-up and preventing nails in driveway and all over yard. Took our cameras down to complete roof.....understandable. Found one camera in the middle of yard. Went to weed my landscaping and got a nail through finger. Four nails within a 1 foot perimeter. Unreal

We would like to get more info on the person and location so we can get to the bottom of this. We regret you had this experience. We do take a lot of photos around town of our projects so there may be a misunderstanding. These photos are necessary for us to manage projects and keep records.

  Called to get estimates. Had to call back myself, not a man of his word. Does not seem organized always has to call you back. Would not recommend.

  Mr. Phillips sorry to hear about your experience. Please call our office number so we can address your issue promptly. We ask customers to call our office # to schedule estimates at 217-424-8900. Our sales staff does their best to return calls on their cell phones, but they can get very busy and mistakes happen.

  I have no idea how this company received 5 stars unless it was a different crew. They are currently working on roof next store and its a nightmare. The workers look high on drugs and I've gotten cussed out over their mistakes. I don't know why its taking soooooo very long. But can't wait till they are done. I won't even give them 1 star

  Had a small porch rebuild on my house. Promax came promptly and gave a fair estimate. Communication is so important, and John always responded to calls and texts. Ron and Tommy are excellent carpenters, very professional, and did amazing work.

  We had some interior painting done as well as some interior and exterior trim replaced. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. From the quote to the completion - friendly, efficient and great work all around! We couldn't be happier with all of the work!

  These folks are superheroes. John is a great man to work with and he has great employees like Antonio working for him.   I recently moved into my new home and my sunroom needed to be redone. Previously, the windows could not open and almost all of my structural beams were completely rotted. Promax gave me a very affordable quote and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They got me in very quickly and were very nice while on site at my home. They even made sure to give my puppy some special attention. I am extremely happy with the results - all my windows open and have screens, and the structure was rebuilt the right way to prevent water damage moving forward. I could not recommend ProMax or John enough! We will be calling them for any future help without hesitation.

  I've had some work done by Promax Home Upgrades and Maintenance, and honestly, they went above and beyond what I expected. The owner, John Schilawski, personally oversees everything and keeps things running super smoothly and professionally.
