  Had a roofing emergency and called this company. Person called back and said “I have to check my schedule, I’ll call you back.” Yep/ still waiting for that call!

  Initially contracted to have my barn roof replaced on September 20, 2024. I was told my project would begin in 2 or 3 weeks because they had to order the materials. The materials were delivered in early November and my project was started around the November 10. It was completed on November 14. Between the time I contracted and the time the project was complete, my project manager had the misfortune to break his ankle and was not available to oversee my project. He told me that there would be other project managers available at my project. I never saw or talked to any manager. The crew did not inform me that they were done nor ever ask me to check and see if I was satisfied. I was very happy with the roof replacement, but they failed to reinstall my lightning protection system. I called the General Manager about this problem and left a message, but he never returned my call.

  Never came by or contacted to assess roof after they booked to come out. Unreliable

  Looking into this it appears our Project Manager had been trying to reach out to you. If you want to verify your phone number we would be more than happy to help you. It might be possible we don't have the right number if he had never been able to get a hold of you. I am seeing that he was trying to call and text you since August. It's not our intention to be unreliable as we don't operate that way. Whatever happened we are willing to do what we can to make it right. We are sorry about the situation.

  Dealing with this company was problematic from the start as the wrong materials for the project were ordered. The quality of the initial installation of the roof was poor. The company is now on its third attempt to fix things because they failed to do so the first two times. My project manager typically did not initiate communication with me until after I spoke with the general manager of the company, and even then it was hit-or-miss. I would not recommend this company to anyone for several reasons, including poor quality of work and poor customer service. I paid for a new roof installation, but I unfortunately feel that what I've ended up with is nothing more than a repaired one. Communication among company members has also been very poor as workers that came to fix the roof didn't complete what I previously discussed with the project manager. It seems that the company doesn't care about me as a customer, and it's taken quite some time to get problems taken care of correctly. The company received payment from me in full quickly, so other projects seem to now be more important than righting the wrongs for my project.

  Dillion was great to work with. We were hit by a bad storm with hail damage back in March. He made the entire process smooth and easy working with the insurance company. All the work was done in a timely manner (our roof, gutters and new fascia) and it looks great! I highly recommend this company and Dillion.

  My house has not quite a flat roof with six skylights. Central roofing repaired the bad spots and put a new roof in one day the guys cleaned up and you could not tell they were ever there. Since then we have had some really bed storms and the roof looks great and not one leak. I’m really happy with my roof. Thank for all your hard work

  On July 9, 2026, Central Roofing LLC performed a roof replacement on our duplex in Springfield, IL. Our Project Manager, Michael Gaule, did an outstanding job of working with a VERY uncooperative adjoining owner who had NO desire to replace his portion of the connected roof. That owner consistently procrastinated, for over a month, on signing a document which would allow Central Roofing to install a special divider to permanently separate our side from his. With Michael’s continued discussions (and tremendous patience) with that owner, he finally secured consent/approval for the divider installation and shortly thereafter, we had our new roof. Kudos to Michael Gaule for not giving up on our job, because of that stubborn neighbor. And kudos to the entire install crew for doing a TREMENDOUS removal/replacement job. We HIGHLY recommend Central Roofing AND Michael Gaule. Leann & Bob

  I called Tyler Orr frantic this morning when our roof leaked and was dripping from the ceiling. He was there within minutes & got me all fixed up! 10/10 recommend

  Shupe helped me and my in-laws and did a great job. Honest answers and very experienced. Despite the amount of work on his plate from a tornado that ravaged our area he was quick to respond and always available.

  Dillon Shupe was our project manager. Dillon did a fantastic job. Our claim was already filed and processed, but Dillon communicated with State Farm and got all our necessary work covered. We had a metal roof replaced with a new beautiful black metal roof. The work took 2 1/2days and the work site was clean except for some cap nails, when the crew left. Our whole house siding was taken off and new certain teed espresso siding was installed all in one day. An amazing crew did our siding. A month later our new black gutters were installed. Again exceptional work by this crew. It was that finishing touch on an already beautiful home.

  Ardis Turner came knocking after a hail storm hit my rental house. I’ve done his job so I knew his service was good for me. Ardis made the payment process and insurance process painless. 10/10 would recommend. Plus his crew had my roof done in one day. Very pleased.

  1Once they started on my roof they finished in one day. They cleaned up around my house any stray nails etc. I'm very pleased with the color I chose and attention to the detail they took to ensure everything was completed on time.
