The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Red Letter Roofing LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

We had a great experience with Red Letter Roofing. We contacted Robin for a roof evaluation, and he came out the same day we called. Within a couple of weeks, our roof replacement was already scheduled. Robin kept us informed throughout the entire process, and the crew was friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. What stood out most was their attention to detail — Robin and his team even returned the next day for additional cleanup to ensure no debris was left behind. Our new roof is beautiful!!! We highly recommend Red Letter Roofing for their professionalism, communication, and excellent customer service!
