  Consistently poor work product with flimsy warranty. Rebuild was responsible for replacing our roof in the year prior to buying our house. During the May storms in Austin, the roof vent was lifted and let in a significant amount of water, which resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. Upon inspection by two separate third-parties it was determined that the venting had only been partially installed, with only every ~4th nail actually being applied. By not properly securing the vent, the wind from the storm was able to lift the vent and let water in, which resulted in electrical and cosmetic damage throughout our second floor. In addition to the roof vent, our solar panel array (which was installed by Rebuild via subcontractor) needed to be shut off due to improper installation which created a fire hazard (per 3rd party inspector), which prevented use for several months. The improper installation used non-standard non-OEM install materials, which will require that the roof and paneling be entirely replaced to get to manufacturer standard. Rebuild has stated that none of the above fall under their warranty and that all costs are to be paid out of pocket. When requesting assistance with the warranty, Rebuild via Darrin Benning, Katelyn Benning, Kyle Benning, and Erik Annell stopped responding.

  They came out to quote full siding replacement on my home. I checked in a couple of times and was told the estimate would be delivered shortly. Never heard back or received an estimate.

  This company hires reckless drivers. Nearly forced off the road when this individual didn’t merge for construction traffic and decided he would force his way in front of the line of traffic. Obviously this company doesn’t value safety or their public perception.

Prior to a google review we would have loved the opportunity to speak with you over the phone and get information on whom it was that almost caused the crash so we could address this particular individual. Obviously, and unfortunately we can not control every situation nor can we stop every accident but we do the best we can to make sure our guys are paying attention and driving safe. This incident will be addressed with our team but If you could kindly call into our office and provide some additional information so we can address this individual that would be appreciated. (Update June 30th) Adam I did speak to the gentleman who you got into an altercation with it seems he had a trailer it was stop and go traffic with a lane closed and alternating vehicles merging into one lane which he was doing at a very slow speed. He actually knew exactly what incident I was referring to because he also mentioned that traffic was slow enough that you actually got out of your vehicle went up to his window and proceeded to curse profanities at him. Again, I would love an opportunity to speak with you in regards to this matter. Please call the office when you get a chance. Thanks

  Finding a trustworthy contractor is pretty nerve wracking, but was very happy to have found these folks to repair some interior moisture damage. Christian, Darren, Marcos and their whole team have been great to work with; will use them again.

  Erik Annell inspected and helped us through getting a new roof. Other companies had simply tried to sell by insulting the old roof we had. Erik showed us the value in a new roof instead of bad mouthing what our old roof was. Special shoutout to his crew. Polite, aware of our property, looked for ways to make things better. I was dreading getting a new roof for years but these guys made it easy.
