  Unfortunately I can not recommend this company. The communication and jproject management is terrible. Wish I never went with them. Will never use them again.

  Hi Deborah, you are working with our other location in Hudson. But I have spoken with them and your file shows we sent a change order that needs to be signed that we never received back from you. Now that we are thawed out up there, I’m sure a conversation will get things back on track and we can get the rest of the project completed for you as we did with the roof. The system shows they have been trying to contact you unsuccessfully. Brendan is going to call you. Kyle will be there to see the project through.

  Roof was installed wrong around a vent pipe. Now roof leaks can not get RR to fix.

  Brock, warranties go into effect after the final bill is paid. We did your roof in 2017. We called and left numerous voicemails and also sent collection letters and got no response. We literally have records going into late 2019. Now on 10/4/22 you called in saying there was an issue with a pipe boot. Debbie notified you that we aren’t going to warranty because the roof was never paid for. You called back and told her that you didn’t pay because there was an issue with the install back in 2017 but we have no record of any communication about an issue back then. This can be resolved. Please submit payment and I will come maintenance your vent pipe. We will mail you another invoice.

  installed a metal roof. Completion did take a long time, 3 to 4 weeks, after material arrived. Workmanship on roof slow & I had to call them to finish. Clean up slow.

  Ready Roof did repair work on my roof. Based upon my experience, I would not hire them again and I would not recommend them. I won’t bore you with the all the details. Suffice it to say that (1) They requested half the payment at the time the contract was signed and then took much longer to even start the work than I was told. (2) I would call and they often would not call me back. (3) The roof still leaked after they finally completed the repairs. and (4) It continued to leak even after I called again and they came back and some a did little more work. (6) I called again, spoke with someone, and they did not follow-up.

  I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the attempt to repair your existing system. It is sometimes a gamble to repair a system that we did not install initially.

  The crew removed the old damaged roof and installed Owen’s Corning Duration shingles. They also replaced roof venting and trim. They finished the roof in a single day and worked very late to do so. They also cleaned up the worksite after the installation. I’m very happy with the look of these new architectural shingles.

  Steve was so kind and gracious to me. I'm disabled and couldn't go outside to meet him. He called me asking where the damage was. I directed him to it over the phone. Steve found it right away. Steve took care of it right then. Steve also put some siding back up that was blown off from the storms. My ceiling was getting wet from the leak. It feels so good to know I don't have to worry about it anymore. You were so nice to work with me over the phone. Many people don't understand disabilities. God Bless You 🙌 🙏🏻 ❤️

  Roof replaced on house and garage; it was a great experience! Everyone was efficient and professional! Crew did a great job and cleaned up well when they were finished. Roof looks great!

  Ready Roof completed siding our home and we are so impressed! Kyle was the best! He was available during every stage, which is greatly appreciated. The workers were also the best, very friendly and great at what they do. We had the house trimmed in white, the windows trimmed in white, and went with granite Dutch lap siding. The entire job turned out really well! We were not sure what to expect with the color and going with Dutch lap vinyl siding instead of the common straight siding. We definitely made the right choice and used the right company. The house looks great, and that’s not just our opinion; our neighbors have been impressed as well. Thanks for all your hard work! We would definitely recommend.

  Steve and all of the others I encountered were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I got a few estimates, and their bid was the best. The installers took care of my plants around the house and cleaned up so well that I wouldn't have known they were even at my house. I highly recommend Ready Roof!

  I had a few leaks in my garage and I called a few roofing companies to get them fixed. They were all "too busy" with other jobs and this job was not "big enough" for them to expend any time. Redy Roof was actually installing a roof on a house 2 doors away. I asked them if they had any time to give me an estimate on fixing my 2 leaks. The head guy with Ready Roof came over immediately and got onto my rook. Not only did he check the areas on concern, he video taped them and when he came down to tell me about the estimate, she showed me where the problems were, and also showed me another place that needed repair. His estimate was really reasonable and we setup a day and time to have the problems fixed. They repaired my roof on the day they promised, and it has not leaked since that day! Yes, it was a small job, but Ready Roof will be THE company to replace my entire roof when it comes time to do so! Great customer service, and great work! Small leads to BIG when you do this kind of work! I would recommend Ready Roof in a heartbeat!

  I had my roof replaced a 3 years ago. Service was fast and Michael was a pleasure to work with and helped with the insurance company requests. This year I wanted my roof inspected after solar panel were installed. Ready Roof supplied a video of the roof. I also had them check the insulation in my attic. They supplied photos of the attic. I saw the need for more insulation. The insulation was installed and new photos were supplied. The clean up and installation were quick and complete. They are very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend.

  They were very professional. They arrived about 6:30 am and started tearing the old roof off. Put the new roof on and cleaned up everything,and were done by 5:00 pm. I would recommend them.
