If you care about hiring a business with integrity, look elsewhere. Over the last few years, this construction company expanded their parking lot without obtaining the proper permits. Because they bypassed legal township channels and proper civil engineering, they have created a massive stormwater runoff crisis for the adjacent residential properties. Every time it rains, a torrent of mud and water floods neighboring yards, threatening home foundations. To make matters worse, this company regularly dumps their used construction debris directly onto the shared community common areas. The floodwater running into our neighborhood is actively filtering through their discarded commercial waste. The owners were notified of this damage over a year ago. Instead of taking accountability or fixing the destruction they caused, they have continuously procrastinated, deflected, and ignored township directives. A business that treats its immediate neighbors and local environment with this much disregard will treat its customers the same way. Avoid them.

Called about getting a stucco chimney checked out and was promptly told “we don’t do small jobs right now” good thing I asked about my own home before bringing them to any of the commercial projects I have going on.

I have tried to contact Steve over a couple months on multiple platforms (text, calls, email, contact form) and have yet to receive a response on the work at my property.

Hired Reaction Exteriors to put a new shingle and EPDM roof on a three story rental property. During the install they stepped through the ceiling knocking out a large section. Luckily my tenants didn't get hit by debris. I didn't find …

These guys did a full stucco, window and door replacement on our entire house, a massively expensive job! They installed a screen door that simply will not close and never has. I’ve been calling and emailing the owner, Steve, for over a year to get a working screen door, the tiniest least expensive part of the project, and the guy will not respond. As soon as we gave in our 6-figure check, he was never to be heard from again.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Reaction Exteriors. The quality of their work is truly top notch. Throughout the project, I was confident they weren't taking shortcuts. Instead, they consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the right way. They also use high quality products, so you never have to worry about cheap materials or cutting corners. That commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the job. Their customer service was just as impressive as their craftsmanship. Every question, request, or concern I had was handled promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. They even took the time to complete finishing touches that most companies would likely overlook. It's those extra details that really set them apart. I also appreciated their daily communication. Each morning, I knew exactly what to expect, what work would be completed that day, and where the project stood. That level of communication made the entire process as stress free as possible. If you're looking for a company that takes pride in its work, uses quality materials, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely goes above and beyond for its customers, I highly recommend Reaction Exteriors.

This is our second time using Luke & his crew for smaller projects. Just as before, the crew did an amazing job with high attention to details. We added new windows to our sunroom & could not be happier with the outcome. They also brought new life to an old shed with new doors & siding. Pricing was very fair in my opinion

Reaction Exteriors removed my stucco and replaced it with Hardie Board and natural stone, in addition to adding a portico. They also replaced all my exterior doors. Having rental property for many years, I’ve delt with many contractors, a vast majority of them were just terrible. We were not looking forward to such a big project on our own property. The project progressed so smoothly, we kept waiting for the moment it would turn. This never happened. The project was completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gary, Pablo and his team were amazing, going above and beyond to make us happy and keep us on budget. His team of workers are honest, take pride in their work and it shows. We really can’t say enough about how amazing these guys are. It’s so refreshing to find a company that really cares about their product, takes pride in their work and wants to make sure the customer is happy. I look forward to welcoming them back for our next project.
