Everyone at Pro-edge Roofing was professional and knowledgeable. We have a complex solar panel system that needed to be removed and reinstalled for a complete roof replacement project. I initially met Stephen, who took the time to educate me on the process, take aerial photos so I could see what they would be working with and walked me through color choices and super easy financing options. He then introduced me to Chris the owner, and both Sheldon and Greg the project managers. I was kept informed every step of the way and that roof is so pretty it was almost too pretty to put the solar back on. The crews worked quickly and took so many precautions to keep the property clean and free of debris. My neighbor had their roof replaced 2 years ago and even they complimented the practice of arranging tarps from the roof to catch the discard. They used a magnet to walk around the property when finished, ensuring no stray nails were left behind. I cannot commend Chris Landy the owner enough. He checked in throughout the project personally and made sure that any questions I had were addressed quickly and completely. You cannot go wrong with a Pro-Edge project.

The roof replacement happened without a hitch. The appraisal process and the work to be done was explained in a detailed but understandable format. The workers were very efficient and cleaned up very thoroughly as the work progressed. I am very pleased with the job. My only caveat is that communication with company reps could have been better at times in regards to the timeline for the process.
