My roof was leaking into my garage, so I hired Geroge Caripides $350.00 to repair the roof back in July 11, 2018. He proposed to seal and replaces some roof tiles. Three weeks later it rained and continued to leak. I tried contacting for 2 weeks and he finally responded. Had long talk with him and he asked me to open up the ceiling in my garage to relieve the leak. It was a good suggestion and found the Exact source of the leak. Since then I tried to contacted him numerous times, texts, left voice mails, but no responses. Now including the leak, I'm getting mold and rot within the walls. In conclusion $350.00 was flushed down the drain. Please Stay away from Caripides! It is now Sept. 23, 2018 and I have not heard from him yet!

I could have found a more professional roofer on craigslist. I have no clue how he has 5 star reviews. Guy must have answered his blue tooth calls 5 times during my appointment which he showed up late for. Never even received a quote from him. Total waste of time.

Highly satisfied with George Caripides and his team. I recently purchased a new AC and needed a concentric kit installed through the roof. George communicated clearly what would be taking place and when it would be done. I will be using Caripides Roofing in the future for any roof repairs/replacements. Update: 8/17/2026 On a separate issue involving the design of the house/roof, George’s team came back out to my house after I noticed that the roof pitch was not directing rainwater into the gutter. Instead, the water was streaming off the side of the roof and collecting at the base of the foundation. His team installed flashing to help correct the issue. Thanks again, George, for addressing this so quickly.

George quickly responds, provides experienced suggestions, and gets the work done. I asked him to fix a leaking hole in my roof. His crew found three more that I was unaware of that would have caused more issues in the future. They addressed them all in one visit. I’ve already asked George to handle another request. Highly recommended.

George Caripides Roofing did a stellar job! They replaced 5 roofs on our street in the last 2 weeks. Excellent customer service and great price. We received 4 estimates and George’s was one of the lower estimates. Their craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. They also cleaned everything up and it looked like they weren’t even there.
