I contacted Raven Property Services earlier this week needing a roof replacement on a shed. They came out to look at the job within a few hours and gave me a great price. They told me they would be there at 8:30 on Friday morning to start the job and arrived at exactly 8:30. They completed the job in about five hours and thoroughly cleaned up the yard. I would highly recommend them if you need a roof replacement.

We had a few damaged boards and some areas that felt unstable. the team identified what needed to be fixed and handled the repair without trying to sell us more work than necessary. The deck feels secure again, and everything was finished neatly.

Really happy with the work they did on our patio, driveway, and deck! They were very thorough and paid attention to all the details. Everything looks so much cleaner and refreshed. We had a small follow-up request afterward, and they responded immediately and came back quickly to take care of it, which we really appreciated. They really care about the quality of their work and making sure their customers are happy. Great communication, excellent service, and very professional. If you’re looking to have your patio, driveway, or deck cleaned, I would definitely recommend them!

We had Raven come out for pressure washing our patios, driveway, walking paths, and some areas where moss and dirt was on the house (some of it from gardeners blowing mud onto it). They did a great job cleaning all the paths and being respectful of our newly planted flowers and grass seed. They charged less than they originally quoted, and even pressure washed our chairs in that cost. We'll be hiring them again to clean our solar panels.

Highly Recommended! I cannot say enough good things about Raven Roof & Gutter. After dealing with a damaged roof, I was looking for a contractor I could rely on, and AJ proved to be incredibly trustworthy from day one. He took the time to inspect the roof himself in detail and explain everything to me before the work began and provided timely updates throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening. His team is absolutely amazing—they worked efficiently and treated my property with respect. The final project was beautifully done, and my new roof looks fantastic. If you need roofing work done in the east side area, do not hesitate to call AJ and his crew

Really efficient service at a reasonable cost. I’ve mostly not been at home and the team follows up with before and after pictures of the property. They have also provided further consultation and improvements and I’d recommend them to whoever needs to get their roof and gutter fixed.
