Sorry we did not get back to you lm sure it must have been an oversight on are end we are normally very good at following up with people even though it does get crazy busy here. I do apologize.

Here's how my experience went. Showed up on time made great impression quote was great. They were backed for months. I accepted. Showed up on time. Started the re-roof. That's when it all went downhill. I was told they would replace all the wood that had been damaged. Well of course I had a hole in my roof years prior. I made a "typical repair on it, of course they left it and didn't replace that wood. Drip edge was "ok" not as quality as the one I had before. More seams in the new one. Had in issue called Ralph, his excuse was no one told the worker. I mean its common sense I shouldn't had to call, I couldn't believe it. They did "fix" that issue after I called. When they did the re-roof. They removed the flashing from roof to the screened porch. Ans just left the drip edge. You guessed it it leaks in between the screen porch and wood. I will not use this company again.

We researched your name in our database and have no customer by the name George Miller. Our records are very extensive and thorough. We believe you have our company confused with another roofing company. There is more than one Carpenter roofing company in Brevard Florida. Feel free to contact us. I would like to clear up the confusion. It makes no sense for someone who has a leak on the job that we did, that we warranty for 10 years not to call us.....

Unprofessional Representatives from Ralph Carpenter Roofing set a 9 a.m. appointment time with me to do a possible re-roof job. They show up early don't even knock on my door to let me know who they are, they just take out a latter and clime up on my roof to take measurements. When I come outside find out who they are and what they are doing and then rep-remand them for the unprofessional not once do they introduce themselves and apologize for their actions or do anything to try to keep my business. They are like okay let’s go they climbed off my roof took their ladder put it in the truck and drove off. I would not recommend this company they didn't have the proper professionalism to introduce themselves, they didn't really seem they wanted my business anyways. As they drove off I wondered if this is what they are like from the start, what would they be like if they were hired for a job would they be that unprofessional and have that same lack of interest and care while working on my roof. If I could give them a zero-star rating I would just for the fact they didn't seem like I and what I felt as a possible client in this matter didn't seem to matter to them.

William Ollmann's story is not accurate and also misleading. If we are running really early, we call ahead. If we are running late, we call. It's misleading to say we showed up early. When in fact, we showed up 8 minutes early, to do a free estimate that he asked me to do. We pride ourselves on being on time. Since we were 8 minutes early and it was about to ran. I knocked on the door waited a few minutes no one answered so William Carpenter and myself Ralph Carpenter started to measure the roof. While on the roof I hear Mr. Ollmann yelling at my son "What the hell are you doing on my roof? Every other word was a swear word?" So, I walk over to the edge of the roof and let him know that we had a 9:00 appointment. He then, proceeded to scream at me saying thats fine but you dont go on my damn roof until I tell you you can. Again, we were there for a free estimate, that he asked for, at the time specified. That is when I told my son to put the ladder in the truck and we politely left. Mr. Ollmann in his review said that we do not care about the customer. I am the owner, I do my own estimates. I do not send an estimator, and I am on time. I am a very polite man, I will not tolerate anyone yelling at me or my son. In over 30 years roofing have never had someone come out of there house yelling at me. If this is the way he treats people I did not want to do the job. As you can tell from his comment he wanted to reprimand me.

William Carpenter did an emergency roof inspection for us today because we've sold our home and to close Friday. Meanwhile there was a hail storm yesterday and buyer wanted proof of no damage. He didn't charge me for the inspection as his company had installed our roof a few years ago.

Just witnessed these guys do a roof in my Neighborhood in PSJ. They did such a great job I felt I needed to leave a review. The dry in was perfectly symmetrical, the completed project looks like it could be on the cover of a magazine. These guys worked so flawlessly and cleanly. It was amazing to witness. Call these guys for your roof. For real. Class act of an install team.
