  No one from them will provide service. They don't do good work. Their service is very bad.Their work is not sustainable and does not last long.

  Edit: Make sure you get an invoice! Or written confirmation on the contract that you paid in full. At completion, all he provides is a contract that says this is the work planned. Would not recommend. I contacted William to get an invoice so I could prove that the work was done, and so I wouldn’t lose my home insurance. I gave him several options, even just writing a sentence and signing it and sending me a picture of it. After a ton of back and forth, all he sent was an email, which I already told him the insurance company wouldn’t accept. He very rudely refused to do anything, saying “What don’t you understand?” And “Sorry for your problem”. I told him my mortgage was in jeopardy, and this was the only thing I needed to prevent that, and it appeared to me that William couldn’t care less. He was rude to my insurance company as well. In my experience, it appears he doesn’t intend to talk to any customers after the roof is complete. He smiles while taking your money, and pesters for writing a good review. In my opinion, he probably doesn’t want evidence that the job was paid for, because he doesn’t want to honor the warranty. Horrible customer service. I’ve never seen a contracting company treat people like this. Old: William gave me several options during the estimate, and finished the job that same week! The roof looks great, and I’m excited about the quality and warranty.

  It is not in our job description or in our contract services to satisfy your insurance /mortgage company to submit legal documents on your behalf. We did submit a paid invoice for our services. We were not informed or paid to help you with this. This is your responsibility as a homeowner to take the responsibility to provide information, you were informed to send the contract you entered and submit it to the entity requesting proof that you replaced the roof, with a check you have written as paid services. To make this our responsibility is absurd, you are the homeowner not us.

  RR make you sign a contract that says the roof and all flashing is covered including chimney flashing but in fine print it says certain flashing is not covered, that flashing being flashing on the downhill side of the chimney and it says …

  ZERO STARS if I could ! AWFUL experience . William no called no showed on a day that my roof was leaking . He confirmed and suggested a day and then I never heard from him. 3days later (around 10am) he asks if we could meet at lunch time . How can any working professional meet up within 2hrs notice ? I explained how I was inconvenienced and he told me that I was being “absurd” and “what is wrong with me” . Please dont go through this company, that is NO WAY to treat a customer or a human being .

  Two months ago my wife and I had Raleigh Roofers come and fix a roof leak in our home. We were told the flashing around our chimney was the cause for the leak. We paid $1,500 for the repair. The invoice stated that there was a five year warranty on the labor and materials used for the repair. After two months, our leak returned. I contacted the company on a Friday and never heard back. My wife contacted them again on Monday and told them to let us know when they could come out to the house. Without calling ahead, they just went to our home and texted that there was a new problem. We were told that there was another “ possible issue “ affecting the same area of the roof. The man was very rude over the phone after we questioned why the source of the leak was not resolved after having had spent $1,500. He pleaded that the new “possible issue” would not be covered under the warranty. I told the man we were not looking for a free handout and would be happy to pay for materials. He proceeded to say “ this conversation is over “ and that my wife had “ no common sense “. Overall, I would not recommend this company. Even though there was an issue, they were not willing to make it right or meet us half way. We plan to get our roof fixed with another company and proceed with filing at small claims court.

  When repair failed less than 8 months out, contacted roofer. At first there was no answer. When I finally reached somebody, they said they would assess the damage. I didn't hear anything back for a week. When I checked in, I was told that there was no damage. On further inquiry, the story changed that he had been out of town. Then that the damage wouldn't cause a leak. When I sent a picture, it finally changed that this was a completely different area of the roof. Apparently they don't follow up well, when things go awry. Sometimes repairs don't last, but the least I expect is that there is a professional, courteous response.

  William at Raleigh Roofers was fantastic to work with. We had contacted other companies in the area that left us feeling confused and uncomfortable, but William immediately put us at ease and was very clear and direct. He came out the same day for an estimate and completed the repair the very next day. He was honest, professional, super friendly, and very reasonably priced with no surprises. We really appreciated the straightforward, fixed pricing and the fact that he handled the job efficiently with just one helper, avoiding unnecessary labor costs. We will not be using anyone else. Highly recommend!
