  Update from previous review. Failed framing inspection because trusses were not up to current code per Buncombe County building inspector. Rain Dance came out to replace my roof and rebuild 7 to 8 trusses. Roof looks great except that they left a big mess in the attic and front room where the damage was and put something over the flat part of the roof which was not damaged but did not seal it down completely and now they want more money. I’ve already paid $13,000 and it took them over 2 months after I put down the deposit (1/2 the job amount) and my contractor had to make multiple stops to their office to even get me scheduled after they took my money. Not happy and I have no certificate of completion for my insurance company. I understand that they are probably swamped after Helene but don’t take peoples money, then make them wait months to do an incomplete job. Update: My contractor found multiple trusses not connected by nail plates at all in some cases, or only on one side when each side should have a nail plate or they used NP 20 plates which specifically say “not for trusses”.

  Hey Matt, let's be Honest here- The people you purchased your home from never paid their final invoice and then sold the home and would not answer any messages from us. We do not turn down money owed to us. There is NO WARRANTY until the final balance is PAID IN FULL. This makes your warranty comment NULL Either way- we still made a visit out to your home to make any necessary repairs-Correct? So I think this makes your "non responsive" comment NULL We found a large bee nest in the vent obstructing the flapper allowing water entry and we removed it fixing the issue. (FREE OF CHARGE) This makes your workmanship comment NULL. Then you requested for the vent to be removed altogether being that the previous owner removed the appliance previously attached. This is additional work that will not be completed without a charge. I will request you to remove this dishonest review before further action is taken. If you would like to assist us in collecting the final amount owed, we will be happy to provide the warranty for your roof, you can contact our office to do so.

  This company will not stand behind their work after they are paid. They installed the back of our roof incorrectly and want to charge us again. We gave them over $11,000 the first time, now they want another $5,000 to fix their mistake. …

  He installed a flat roof on my house that was installed wrong Had to keep calling them never return my call every time I talk to him they come up with an excuse to not recommend them at all

  One chimney on my house had missing flashing. Independent came out to assess. Came back a few days later and said the job did not meet their minimum charge but they would happily do it for $350. Knowing that the job was small and would probably not meet anyone's minimum, I accepted. They said they would be out in the next few weeks. Well guess what. They never showed. They never called. All I got was the sound of crickets. I had to find someone else to fix. reply to president Chadwick- Scooter is a nickname. I have several phone records of calls btw us. So deny til you die...it does not change the facts. I even have the card you handed me with your name on it. Of course...we did not do any biz...you never bothered to return.

  Terrible quality of communication from the company, they threw away my gutter guards (many of which were less than a year old) without asking or telling me, and I had to have them come back out 4 more additional times to complete all of the tasks we originally decided needed to be done alongside just replacing the roof (there were issues with the vents and the gutters that they agreed to work on). I had decided to go with this company and to pay more than I was quoted for by other companies, and I did so because they originally came across as professional and reliable. However, that ended up not being the case at all. On several occasions more than a week would go by after I was told I would be contacted, and when I finally would decide to be the one to call instead, I would get conflicting and inaccurate information from different people. I was told that their regular receptionist had just had a baby, which I can understand would be challenging for the company to deal with, but it is unacceptable to just let an important aspect like communication go unattended. Someone in the company should had been adequately trained on filling that void while the receptionist was away. On several occasions I was told people would come to my house to work, and no one would show up and no one would reach out to let me know that the work had been rescheduled for a different day. I was told that everything would take about a week to complete, but several weeks went by before everything was finally done. And that was only because of a lot of extra effort on my part to reach out to them several times to remind them that there was incomplet work, and to arrange times for them to come do the work. And if I hadn't checked myself to see whether or not all of the tasks had been addressed, I don't think that the extra work would have been done at all. I was extremely frustrated with this company by the time everything was finished, and I let them know that was the case. They offered me a sma

  Thanks to Hurricane Helene, our roof needed replacing. My wife and I were fortunate enough to contract with RainDance, a company that has been wonderful to work with. They used a drone to survey the damage and measure dimensions; Chad met with us and the insurance adjuster in the aftermath of the disaster; Lynda maintained a positive working relationship with our insurance company and helped us through the claim process; their crew put on an excellent roof in a timely manner; and they repaired our gutters and siding. Everyone working there is respectful, friendly, and good at what they do, and they are committed to excellence. Consistently going above and beyond, they've earned our trust and respect.

  I just had a new roof and gutters put on my home. Rain Dance did a great job! The crew was awesome. One little issue and they were back the next day to fix it. Highly recommend!!!!

  RainDance Roofing has really helped me out. I live in Orlando and have a cabin in Lake Lure. I didn't know who to turn to for a leaky skylight so I asked neighbors who they recommended. Most said to have Chad/Raindance help us. Since a heavy rain was forecast for the next evening Chad has his crew over to fix the leak the next morning. Chad was in the area a couple months later and asked if he could check on the cabin since we had not been there. He noticed a very small leak and called me and said he would have a crew out the next day to be sure there was no leak. We really appreciate that he was proactive with this and followed up with warranty and we are thankful for his help! We would highly recommend RainDance!

  Once again Rain Dance Roofing performed fast, efficient, affordable, and excellent work on my leaking roof and chimney. Not only did they diagnose and repair the roof, but also rebuilt the entire chimney and installed a beautiful new chimney cap. Would highly recommend.

  We had a huge tree fall on our house, seriously damaging the roof, deck, awnings, gutters, rafters. Reese and the Raindance crew came on time, worked really hard all day, and were friendly and professional. They found additional repairs that needed to be done and made sure to take care of that before leaving. The area is clean and restored to normal use by the end of the day. Our home looks and feels safe and we are very appreciative. Would recommend them without reservation.

  Excellent company! No issues with my new roof installation that we had done in 2018. This spring (2024), we had one of the sun tubes fall off the fixture that attaches to the roof. Chad came out promptly and worked on re-attaching it. Turns out the manufacturer’s screws that hold the attachment ring weren’t quite long enough. Chad was able to make it right with some new screws. Would highly recommend Raindance roofing!
