We were overcharged and job was never completed. They now want more money to come finish the job they committed to but didn’t complete. Very disappointed.

I'm sorry you felt that way, we did such a good job on painting the interior, installing a new roof and building a new gable on the back of the house, all done and completed to your husbands approval. The mis-communication came on the very end of the job which needed additonal siding done to the gable we installed which was not included on the estimate. We figured it out and all was happy in the end.

Rackley Roofing installed a new roof for us 10 years ago. A couple months ago, a storm ripped off a small section of roof over our garage. I called them up and they came quickly, fixed the roof with exact match and also identified and corrected a couple of other potential issues. No charge. He guarantees his work for 10 years and is true to his word. Seems like a genuinely nice guy too.

Dave is great. Explained everything to me ahead of time and photographed the steps of the repairs. They did our gutters too and blew off the whole front porch after. Also caulked up a window for us while they were up there. Super detailed and thoughtful work. Got it done fast and came in at a really good price after a few quote. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rackley Roofing & Supply. David and his teams are truly professionals. They honored their promises and came to my house multiple times to have finally fixed the roof leak which was tricky due to some poor repairs of previous contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend David to anyone.

Called Dave to look at my mother-in-law's house. She is a widow and does not have the big bucks to spend. Dave was very understanding and gave her some great options. They came out and did the roof in one day! Dave was very kind, gave her the best price, and peace of mind. Highly recommend Dave if you are looking for a great job at a great price. His customer service is second to none!
