Came home to find a homeowners worst nightmare, a leak in my roof. Immediately a feeling of dread and frustration hit me. I called R4 roofing and set up an appointment, next day. Dale the owner arrived and inspected my leak and within 30 minutes had a fair and reasonable estimate for me, and just like that my feelings of frustration and dread went away. The work to be done was explained to me in detail & with constant updates as things progressed. The swiftness and care I received for my property was unparalleled and I'm so relieved and thankful R4 was able to help.

Expert Gutters is a great company to work with, their service was fast and complete, their communication was excellent, and they came out promptly. They completed the job in one day, explained everything to us prior to doing the job and had great suggestions for some previous problems we were experiencing. They were polite and extremely professional. We highly recommended Expert Gutters. A++++++

Property managers plan roof work around occupancy, and disruption is often the deciding factor. A structured maintenance program with scheduled inspections, drain and gutter clearing, seam and flashing checks, and documented condition reporting keeps small issues from becoming emergency callouts during Florida's rainy season. Roof work near restaurants, medical offices, retail, and warehouse operations requires coordination on staging, access, noise, odor, and safety so tenants can continue operating. Documented inspections also support budgeting, capital planning, and warranty compliance, since most manufacturer warranties require evidence of regular maintenance. The result is predictable cost and fewer surprises. Licensed commercial roofing contractors build maintenance schedules around the building's operating calendar rather than the other way around.8 hours agoCall now
