  just look at the PGT windows they installed. A picture is worth a thousand words... .Worst brand new windows I've ever seen in my life, and I've been around, involved in real estate in the USA but also in Europe and South America. I have to say than even in South America they can manufacture better quality windows; and can't compare at all with European windows. However, there are much better manufactures in Florida: visit brand new construction homes or condos and check what providers they use. Also, the company assumed that the community was going to approved the project without changes and they made a mistake with at least 5 windows that needed to have a grilled, so they correct this installing cheap white pieces on the outside of the windows ( let's see how long those lasts..... ) . Never again.

Regarding the windows themselves: PGT is one of the most widely used and respected impact window manufacturers in Florida, meeting the rigorous Miami-Dade and Florida Building Code standards. We do not manufacture the product — we source, deliver, and install it. These are the same windows you viewed and personally selected after visiting a completed installation nearby. As for the photos referenced in your review: those images were taken during an interim stage of the project, while the installation was open for Building Department inspection — a required step before screw covers can be installed. The finished installation included all covers and a full Punch Out by our detail team. We want readers to have that context. On the grids: your original request was for no grids on the rear windows, and we proceeded in good faith. When it became clear that your specific subdivision's HOA required them, we installed matching powder-coated aluminum grids at no additional charge to bring you into compliance — the same material as the window frame. We've genuinely tried to go above and beyond here: we stored your windows for an extended period to accommodate your travel schedule, completed multiple Punch Out visits to work through your list, and even expedited a PGT service request for a glass piece you were dissatisfied with. Replacement glass was confirmed ready for installation on July 23, 2025. You let us know you'd return in two weeks. We're still ready. We hold a 4.8-star rating earned across hundreds of projects, and we're proud of the standard of care that reflects. We'd very much like to close out your project the right way.   We are sorry to hear that Ms. Napoli is having issues with some of her roof tiles slipping. As she stated, we installed a brand-new roof for her back in 2016 (nearly a decade ago), and, before this, have had no complaints about the roof. We advised Ms. Napoli that the specific issue she’s having is not a workmanship issue (which we do warranty), but an issue with the underlayment material itself for which she would need to seek redress from the material manufacturer. She asked for our attorney’s records, which we cannot provide as they contain attorney-client sensitive communications, as well as what is considered ‘attorney work product.’ She asked that we file a claim against Tamko, the manufacturer, on her behalf. If her desire is to submit a warranty claim, that is something the homeowner must do themselves simply by visiting the manufacturer’s website. If her intent is to file a lawsuit against the manufacturer, that obviously is not something we could do on her behalf either. We in no way ‘turned our backs’ on her, and we always stand by our work. We offered to perform new, additional work to address her current issues at a very low cost, however, that apparently was not satisfactory and instead she is now seeking repayment for the entire roof she has had and enjoyed for 8 or so years. The roof is watertight and isn’t leaking. At this point, we are unsure what exactly we can do (within reason) to please her, but we intend to keep the line of communication open with Ms. Napoli in hopes of finding some way to make her happy.

  Per the advice of legal counsel, we unfortunately cannot go into all the actual facts at this time since the parties are in the midst of litigation. However, what we can say is that we entirely disagree with the accusations and ‘representations’ made by Mr. Terenzio in his numerous posts and reviews being published across various online platforms. Although we very rarely find ourselves in this situation, our company was forced to eventually file suit against Mr. Terenzio for nonpayment. It was our understanding (and in fact is our contention) that the parties did just recently come to an amicable, agreed upon settlement of this matter. However, Mr. Terenzio’s recent actions clearly demonstrate he has changed his position on the agreement reached. That said, because of the confidential nature of the settlement agreement itself, our attorney has advised us to be as conservative as possible with our public comments in regard to Mr. Terenzio’s allegations at this time. What we can say for now though is that we are beyond confident that the actual facts surrounding this situation easily demonstrate that Mr. Terenzio’s apparent smear campaign is completely unwarranted, unfair, and simply not based in reality. All we ask of you at this time is to reserve judgment until all the facts can legally be made public and available. We have always maintained an incredible reputation throughout our community, and we’d encourage you to take the time to read through the vast number of positive reviews and feedback we have received over the years before blindly believing one ‘faceless guy’ on the internet.   Buyer Beware!! They did our roof 10 years ago and problems and leaks already. They gave me a quote which was astronomically High for a small leak issue on a newer roof by Legacy. They don’t take care of their customers obviously and would not recommend this company to anyone.

  I do not recommend legacy roofing. A family member of mine chose this company and paid full price up front. After completion of project, legacy is requesting additional money. At no point was this was discussed with us until after the fact. Very unethical.

As is common with tile roof replacements—especially where the roof meets stucco walls—much of the flashing is hidden beneath the existing tile. On top of that, most of these areas were also covered by tarps and plastic sheeting at the time of our inspection, which further limited what we could assess. During my initial inspection with you, I personally explained how we handle discovered conditions and overages on unknowns once the old roof is removed. Once we removed the old roof, we discovered additional flashing requirements at those interfaces, bringing the total to 61 linear feet. We always aim to set clear expectations upfront and have processes in place for these situations. We appreciate your feedback—it helps us continue improving our estimating and communication.   Legacy did an excellent job replacing our roof with charcoal color flat tiles. Replaced our gutters. Put in a new hurricane front door, a garage window and new French doors that are all hurricane proof. Sent us to look for ideas for the front hurricane door and then helped us to choose the one perfect door for us. I looked at lots of new roofs in my neighborhood. The installation by Legacy was superior. I can not see the seams of the mortar on my house like I did on other roofs. Ours looks seamless. The owners and workmen were wonderful at their jobs and communication. Each night the yard was cleaned up properly. Excellent service. Highly recommend Legacy. Our roof and home get so many compliments from people passing by and seeing such a transformation.
