  We had a small leak, they (rode code) claimed they didnt repair metal roofs, so refused to do the repair and tried to sell a new roof even though the metal roof was 19y old. Also falsely claims it "can't be repaired properly"...got another company yo do it anf its been fine for months now.

  Jimmy and his crew installed our new gutters, and they did a phenomenal job. They were professional, quick, and the completed job looks great. The crew even went the extra mile by painting parts that were needed as well. I really appreciated how they handled this project and the final result.

  Code red roofer were the was one of the best companies I have dealt with in an extremely long time! From the first phone call to schedule a quote to the last person to pay the bill! They were always on time, very neat and friendly. Every question I had they had the answer. No waiting or we will get back to. Very knowledgeable staff.   Having a roof leak is certainly not an easy thing to deal with, but when the inevitable happens… It was great having the code red team on call and on site very quickly. The Stuart location including Trevor, Landon, and Alexis were incredibly helpful. From the inspection to the scheduling to the on-site repair… This team was super helpful through everything.   Great job, competitive price, great people. Sales rep Landon was thorough and patient and kept his promises. Trevor, the PM, was hands on and did a great job in ensuring a complete roofing. Joshua, the lead installer, was competent and thorough. His team was respectful of our property and courteous. I highly recommend Code Red, Landon, Trevor and Joshua.

  New update: I just received a call from Tom and he advised that someone will be coming out to fix the gutter issue. I am pleased, because other than that small issue they did an amazing job. Update: We signed a waiver because we wanted to keep our gutters, so if they damaged them, they were not held responsible. They did not damage them, but they put one side back up incorrectly, They didn’t attach it back and left it hanging fairly loose. We called to have them come and take a look at it, but Tyler refused, unless we were willing to pay them to just take a look. We called a gutter company to give us an estimate of what it would cost to fix that one side. He confirmed that it was put back on incorrectly. They quoted us $100 to fix it but told my husband he could do it just as easily for free. Very disappointed in Code Red and Tyler. I would’ve added pictures, but for some reason, it’s not allowing me to on an edit. So pleased with our new roof! Landon and Tom came to give us the quote. They were very pleasant and professional. They gave us a fair quote. A few days later Trevor came over to explain everything that would be happening next. He was also very pleasant and thorough. He kept us informed for the next two days while the workers put on our new beautiful roof. They did an amazing job in a short time. I would definitely recommend this company.
