We Highly recommend David Restrepo with Builder’s of America LLC Leaks Specialist for their fast response, expertise, professionalism, fair pricing, transparency, quality work, and attention to detail. We have enjoyed a long and trusting relationship with David and this roofing company for about a decade. They’ve repaired significant roof leaks with our previous home at a very fair price and provided superior quality results. Prior to selling that home, my repaired roof passed a very rigorous independent roof inspection. More recently just a couple weeks ago, David Restrepo with Builders of America Group LLC Roof Leaks Specialist repaired a significant roof leak with my current home. From the initial estimate to final inspection, cleanup and customer satisfaction follow up, their process was thorough and professional. They provided a detailed estimate breaking down material and labor costs and stayed within the original quote despite some unexpected challenges with the extent of the leak and damage it caused. The crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently, completing the repair in just 1 day permanently fixing the leak causing damage to the walls, window frames, paint and floor boards and flooring. Their cleanup was immaculate and there were no nails or debris keeping my yard safe for our dog and kids. David Restrepo, the project manager provided the work estimate, oversaw his crew, performed work himself on the challenging aspects of the repair, inspected the work, checked in with us throughout every phase, provided pictures, followed up with us the next day and inspected the work again, then followed up several days afterwards to ensure customer satisfaction. We have experienced excellent quality work from David and Builders of America Roof Leaks Specialist for all of our roofing repairs!

I selected this company based on reviews and I am glad I did. David was very thorough and used the video to explain the issues and process for correcting them. The 2 day job was scheduled within a week and performed efficiently and professionally. The roof repairs look solid and are as they were described they would be. Replaced and repaired tiles and epoxy were painted to match existing roofing and it looks excellent. I believe the pricing was good value for the work accomplished and I would recommend this company to my neighbors.

Builders of America is always happy to give our best to our customers! Thank you Mr. Peter for trusting us in your Tile Roof Hurricane Reinforcement Project, your review is very valuable to us. David Restrepo. Serving Central Palm Beach-Martin

Florida tile roofs will last 50 years and shingle roofs will last 20 years depending on the quality of roof materials and your maintenance routine. Many of our customers find that reinforcing, restoring and chemical-free cleaning on all kinds of roof (whether it being tile, flat or shingle) help maintain the longevity of their roof in South Florida. Please beware of roof scammers who may use thin coatings of materials to come back and charge you more and/or try to convince you to replace your roof. We can inspect your roof for any possible wind damage from the past hurricane season and help you renew your home insurance. Please call for an appointment today or for more information.
