  We received a quote from Kelly Roofing probably about a month ago. We negotiated and they came about a week later Not terribly impressed with them they went to the wrong house and it was only because someone in our home noticed that they were at the wrong house so had to go and explain to them that they needed to come to the correct home They repaired our garage roof and I was promised by their supervisor that we would have a walk-through and photographs of what had been done This did not happen, although I requested again and I was told we’d already had a walk-through And they would again send the photographs - not received Just to add to our frustration we had given a cheque to the supervisor when the work was completed and I received a couple of emails saying they needed payment I would certainly not recommend this company to do any work - they seem totally disorganised

  Hello Ms. Daniels, We have reviewed your warranty case and agree with our findings that your roof was installed per building code requirements of 2015. You were provided with a workmanship warranty of 5 years on the roof replacement and your roof is now 9 years old. As explained in previous emails to you, there is not a standard lifetime that flat roof is guaranteed to have as lifetime can vary based on wear and tear caused by weather conditions and foot traffic. In perfect weather conditions, this flat roof type that you had installed has a typical lifespan of 10-12 years but as we have experienced many significant weather conditions over the last 9 years, your roof would be subject to those conditions. We sincerely hope that you understand our position and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you in the future.

  When we first started the process in getting a new roof EVERYTHING was falling into place & everyone was doing a great job. The job gets completed & now there’s an issue with the roof & we have left several messages & no one calls us back. Good customer service isn’t only before & during the project..it should be ALWAYS!!! Moral of the review: once they got our money nothing else matters!

  Very disappointed in our entire reroofing process with this company. I have never posted a negative review in my 50 years but I am left angry enough by this company to take the time to do it. The initial verbal quote on the job was nowhere near what the first written quote stated. Then at least twice after written quote was agreed upon the price was raised again due to more work that apparently the quoting salesman didn't catch! We had the choice of accepting the raised rates or getting our roof finished (right before hurricane season) so we opted to let them complete it though I had never heard of such a business practice. Over all the standing seam roof looks good, except for the most important area. The front of the house! They dented the metal facia on the house and cut it crooked at the bottom on both sides. It looks really bad. I reached out to them to come back and correct the problem and they refused. Just as they refused to budge on the increases in job cost as the project went on. Their response was "We try our best to work around the metal fascia cover but will not be held responsible for any damages as it is possible for this to occur." That's very poor customer service in my and most people's opinion, including other roofers that I have contacted about coming out to fix. Which will cost me yet more money! I highly recommend NOT using this company for any projects you may have.

  Hi Jason, We do our best to properly explain all the details of your re-roofing process. Our contracts for both your insurance claim (which we worked with your insurance company to help get the funds for your project) & our roofing contract, explaining our terms and conditions. The initial quote was provided to you and sent to your insurance company as part of your insurance claim. Your insurance claim was to replace a shingle roof but you opted to go with a metal roof which is considered an upgrade to what your policy was going to cover. Change order’s are common and scope of work may shift depending on your current existing property that we cannot foresee for example, your chimney that was in poor condition. As for your metal fascia cover, it was clearly stated in our contract that we do not work on metal fascia cover and provided you several options on how to address this. Instead of hiring a professional to handle your metal fascia cover like one of the options we provided you, you chose to use us knowing the risk factors. Although you agree that your options were explained to you and it was in your contract, you then proceed to post a bad review. We truly hope you find a company capable of fixing your metal fascia cover as you know this is not a service we offer and wish you well on any future endeavors.

  BUYER BEWARE: Owner does not keep his word, show up on time or honor what he puts in writing. There are many reputable roofing companies in south Florida to look at. This isn't one of them.

  I could not be more pleased then to recommend Kelly Roofing as an extraordinary company for a successful , competent , trustworthy, efficient experience.My husband was recovering from a life-threatening illness in a local rehabilitation facility and both of us were highly anxious about having our roof done . Tyler Reynolds, Project Manager, was wonderful as he skillfully guided us through the process. He painstakingly explained steps as they progressed, to me in person and showed my husband by phone . He led his crew smoothly and was careful with our yard and cars …thank you Kelly Roofing!!!

  We needed a roof replacement for our standalone garage and repairs for our main structure. We went with JJ Quality Builders because of their great online reviews and the fact that they are local. We are not disappointed. Despite all the twists and turns that come along with permitting and trying to find materials post-COVID, Tyler and crew were very upfront, honest and responsive when issues came up. It was a long road but if you're going to put your trust and money with anyone, I recommend choosing JJ. Also, they do gutters! #palmbeachroofers

  From start to finish JJ Quality Builders performed outstanding work replacing my roof and handled all dealings with my Insurance company. I was kept informed through out the entire process. They also placed tarps around the entire house and even covered the pool with plastic to catch any construction material. I didn't find a single nail or any debris when they finished the roof. I want to personally thank all members of the JJ Quality Builders Team for their quality work and the amazing new roof I now have protecting my family and home.
