  Dara, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take all feedback seriously and would like to address some of the points you've raised. Firstly, as outlined in our contract, we provided notice to the property management company, which is responsible for communicating directly with homeowners. Since we do not have individual homeowner contact details, we rely on the property management to pass along this information. Regarding the debris removal process, we followed safety protocols by loading debris directly into the dump truck from Building D, as that was the only accessible building due to the landscaping. For other buildings, we used a lull and trash bins because the hedges limited access. We made sure that all work areas were clearly taped off with caution tape for safety, and a flagman was present to assist with the safe movement of residents if needed. We understand that safety is paramount, which is why our team follows stringent guidelines. In fact, OSHA was called to the job site by residents, and after a thorough inspection, no citations were issued to Campany Roofing. We take great pride in our safety practices, and both our leadership team and supervisors are either OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified. While we acknowledge that we did cause a leak, this can sometimes happen with large construction projects and unpredictable weather patterns. When mistakes occur, we take full responsibility and act quickly to resolve them. We covered the costs for the necessary repairs, and we mutually agreed to complete the work once the project finished, ensuring that you were fully compensated for the damage. Finally, regarding assessments within the community’s budget, we have no control over these decisions, but we are always committed to doing our best in providing quality service.   I’m on the board here in our neighborhood and our roofs are brand new as of 2019. I have attached a picture of the contract we have with this company. Be very weary of these people. I bagged up two full bags of leaves and built up from my gutters yesterday alone and had another guy come to unclog the drain that was completely filled with sludge on the roof. The only reason why I knew is because I’ve had a waterfall coming off the side of the house. Imagine being this complacent as a company during hurricane season. Come to find out we are missing 2 of the screen covers for the drainage bowls. We have been having many roof leaks in the neighborhood and it seems to be a continuing issue with no accountability whatsoever. I haven’t seen these people in the neighborhood. They haven’t trimmed anything and half of the stuff on that contract is not being done at all. We will for sure be reaching out to a news network and good lawyer. This company is nonexistent and they had the nerve to send a new proposal that is $7000 more than last year. They aren’t even keeping up with current contract! Absolute disgrace of a company. I don’t even know how they have over a 4 star review.

  Hi, We've reached out to the property management for this property as we have not received any communication that something was wrong with the maintenance performed. Their response was that they have never had a problem with the bi-annual maintenance preformed by Campany at this community, nor has any of the previous boards expressed an issue. We have been trying to get in contact with whomever you are leaving the review. Please reach out to your property manager or call us directly at 561-863-6550 so we can resolve any issues.

  CONDO ROOF - They actually think this is code and a correct installation. This company just masked a situation and never thought anyone would notice because it was in an attic space. No solid connection of the dryer vent without back flow damper and the bathroom vents just hanging. See photos

  HOA chose this company. Shoddy work and materials at an exorbitant price. Painter damaged my vehicle and company refused to make good. STAY AWAY!

  Campany did a re-roofing job for my townhouse Association 1 year ago and did an amazing job, the roofs are still perfect, no issues a year later. I am the Board president and also work as a Community Association Manager so their attention to detail was very important to me. Working with them was so easy and stress-free, I never worried about what was getting done. They kept their promise of re-roofing all 24 buildings in 75 days, the clean-up was done each day, any complaints were addressed immediately. There were no major issues but any issue that happened, like a nail a tire (only a handful) and a ripped screen, those issues were addressed right away, and reimbursement was given for damages. The wait from ordering the tile to boots on roof was so fast. My emails and calls were answered right away. I couldn't be happier and a lot of my residents came to me and stated how happy they were with the results. Coming from a world of property management, we rarely hear the positive feedback so it was nice change to hear how wonderful this vendor was. The cost was also very reasonable for the how much was getting done. I thoroughly recommend using Campany for your roofing needs.

  In 2023/2024 we required three (3) new roofs and proceeded to hunt. The Board of Directors obtained many proposals, one of which was Campany Roofing. Their proposal was selected over all and was the best thing that could have happened. Their work was exemplary and they lived up to all that was presented. We have recommended them to other communities and they were as pleased as we. At present they do maintenance and their staff is professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Who could ask for anything more.

  I have worked with Campany Roofing since 2011 on oceanfront hi-rise buildings. I only recommend Campany Roofing for Hi-rise condominium buildings. They know how to install a roofing system but more importantly, how to maintain it. James Campany and Iver Ahrens are fabulous to work with.
