I had a great experience working with Brady. He was always easy to communicate with and was super helpful in our new roofing system. We worked closely to make sure my roofing ventilation was properly sized for both intake and ventilation. The new roof and ventilation has made a huge difference on helping to keep the house cooler.

From the day I talked to Andy at R4 about the damage to my roof to post roof install, I felt grateful for getting connected with him. Andy was beyond helpful, accommodating, and patient as he helped me understand insurance claims and processes, even having to go to bat for me. He was extremely informative and walked me through each step and how to proceed. Once approved, R4 replaced my roof in a day and their cleanup was amazing; I honestly couldn’t even believe how clean they left it post install! Andy followed up promptly to make sure that everything was as expected and that I was happy. Would absolutely work with them again (but, of course, hopefully I don’t have to get my roof replaced again!).

Julie - It took some time to finally get your roof approved but we stuck by you to make sure it happened. Thank you for patience during the claim process! New roof looks great - thanks for posting the before and after photos.

R4 Roofing fixed a leak in our roof. Taylor, the Production Manager, clearly explained the work, timing, and price. The team was professional and got it done efficiently. I’d recommend them.

I recently had some repair work done by R4 Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Taylor handled the job from start to finish and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be repaired and why. The quality of the work was excellent — everything was done correctly the first time and finished in a timely manner. What stood out most was the level of care and attention Taylor put into the project. You could tell he truly takes pride in his work. The communication was clear, the pricing was fair, and the final result was solid and reliable. If you need any roofing repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend R4 Roofing — and definitely ask for Taylor. Great service and great craftsmanship

I used R4 Roofing on two small roofing projects and, based on that experience, I absolutely will be using this firm when I need a complete reroofing of my house. My interactions with Taylor were pleasant and professional without exception. He responded promptly to my questions with clear, concise answers. His crews arrived on time with all the necessary materials and equipment to complete the job. The prices were fair and, in one case, he reduced the cost as less work was required than he initially estimated was necessary. All in all a great experience.

Cat thank you for the review. We will be there ready and willing when it comes time to replace your roof. We're glad we did not disappoint!
