  I requested a quote and was asked for specific details, which I provided. A representative called me and insulted me because I had sent him very high-resolution photos of my house plans. He told me he didn't need them. A few days later, he sent me a quote for my neighbor's house, created using an application similar to Google Maps. The guy was very rude.

Some interpretations can sometimes be confusing, and I assure you that our representative in no way intended to offend you regarding the images sent. We have reviewed your file and, indeed, despite the quality of the plan photos you provided, a significant amount of key information needed to calculate your roof area is missing and must be calculated manually and/or estimated with varying degrees of accuracy. In cases like yours, we use specialized software that, with the help of satellite imagery, allows us to obtain the necessary information to build a project estimate as accurately as possible. However, no system is infallible, and geolocation software is no exception. Positioning errors can sometimes occur, even when cross-referencing several different platforms. If you wish to proceed, we would be pleased to prepare a corrected quote for your property. Once again, we are sorry that some of our remarks have offended you and hope to have the opportunity to rectify this situation.

  Ms. Lindsay, this is a second attempt to discredit our company, following the publication and removal of your review last fall. Therefore, we are reiterating the response we provided you in November. First, you were never involved in these discussions, directly or indirectly. Your testimony is therefore entirely erroneous, contrary to the facts, and based on what a third party appears to have told you (in this case, your father). Second, the reported facts are false, defamatory, and in no way reflect reality. As the manufacturer, we committed to simply SUPPLYING the materials required for the project, while ONLY REFERRING your father to an independent installer. The discussions between the installer and your father, as well as any delays or cancellations, are solely the responsibility of your father and/or the installer. We were waiting for the installer's order (cut-list) before production. We were not involved in the discussions between your father and the installer. When we make a mistake or our service falls short of expectations, we apologize and rectify the situation, as you can see in some of our responses to customer reviews. However, in this case, the facts are false, and your review constitutes defamation against a company with an impeccable reputation built over 40 years. As discussed verbally last fall when this review was first published, given these false allegations, we will submit the matter to Google so that corrective action can be taken and will forward this case to our lawyers so they can take the necessary steps to stop this unfounded smear campaign on your part.

  I requested information for a small project and after a few weeks I still haven't received a response, so I'm unable to give an opinion at this time.

  Appointment scheduled and confirmed by email. No one showed up, not even a call to say there might be a delay or something that could have happened. Given their lack of professionalism, we don't even want to do business with them. We do not recommend this company.

  Hello: I went to their offices in person and requested a quote in October 2018. I haven't received a response as of today, February 8, 2019. It's pathetic that companies like this exist. Are you really capable of doing the job? I highly doubt it. I don't need to rate you, because you've already done it yourself. It's a shame; I find it unfair of Google to force me to choose a star rating, otherwise you wouldn't even deserve it.

  I recently had my metal roof replaced by R M Lussier, and everything went perfectly! From the team that removed the old metal roof to the team that installed the new one, they were all very professional and friendly. There was no damage to the property; everything was clean every day. Communication with Éric Tremblay at Lussier was quick and efficient. He managed our project very well and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company!

  I received excellent service from Bruno for my shed. I did the work myself, and Bruno took the time to carefully calculate the materials list and give me tips for the installation. I highly recommend him.
