  While the price is competitive, I can't say I would recommend going with R&M. After the first day of work, when the entire roof was stripped of shingles, we were told we needed all new decking for the entire house...an additional $9,000. There wasn't a good explanation why they didn't tell me that after the first 20 square feet or so. Awful communication. After the roof was finished, we have consistently had leaking around our chimney and our bathroom vent during rain or melting snow. Multiple attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful. Their warranty is a complete joke because they disappear and you'll never see them again. Do not use this company for your roofing needs.

  We apologies for any misunderstanding. We always do are best to make sure.are customers are happy. But we have not received any phone call of any issue with ur roof. And are.sorry to hear that you have any issues at all. We do stand by our work and honor are warranty. We would appreciate it if you would give us the opportunity to resolve any issues you may have with ur roof after we completed it. Even if you're roof is 2-3 years completed, we give all customers a LIFE TIME LABOR WARRANTY. We WILL always honor and stand by it. I did check, and we have not received any calls from you. So please give us an opportunity to resolve the problem. We are still at the same #. We have not gone anywhere and look for every opportunity to better ourselves and to keep our customers happy. I hope we can resolve this and look forward to it and hearing from you.

  R and M came out to provide a roof quote in April. The owner personally walked the roof line and inspected the attic before giving us a quote. Before he left, he reduced the price by $500 in hopes that we would choose them for the job. After gathering a few more quotes, we decided to go with R and M. When the owner returned to sign the contract, he had to remeasure the roof because he hadn’t written anything down during the first visit. At that point, he said he had misquoted us and added an additional $900. Although that wasn’t what we originally discussed, I decided not to argue and moved forward. As he was heading to his truck, he stopped, turned around, and apologized. He then said that due to the new decking, the roof would no longer align properly with the garage, and we would need to add another $2,500. I told him that wasn’t the deal and that we had already agreed on the price. He responded that we "might not need to" and suggested we wait and discuss it if necessary during the project. On the first day of work in August(the three month gap was mostly due to the weather), the crew tore off a large portion of the roof, but the dumpsters were delivered late. As a result, the crew piled debris onto tarps. Once the dumpsters arrived, they transferred the debris. At the end of the day, I saw members of the crew picking fruit off my trees and throwing it at each other before leaving. I called the company to ask why the mess and nails weren’t cleaned up. I was told cleanup is always done at the end of the day. They did return to finish cleaning up. To be fair, the crew did a good job on the roof itself. My main concern is with the owner. When he came to sign the contract, he attempted to charge me for all the "add-ons" he had originally included at no extra cost. On day two of the installation, we revisited the topic of the add-ons. He again stated they would be additional charges, but I reminded him that they were already included in the signed contract. It’s c

  While I am sorry for any misunderstandings with our agreement on your project. i did my best to be upfront on everything concerning our agreement and that is why I put everything in writing. And though my foreman agreed he had to push the flute down on the roof in order to put it on properly, there was no way to tell how or the flute, not vent, got disconnected. Which is why we paid $4,000.00 of the $4,700.00 to have it done by a license HVAC company and replaced to whole inside flute. To keep the peace and avoid putting any burden on you as the customer. We are sorry for the unforeseeable incident with the flute but did everything you requested to resolve the matter and make things right. We as a business are not perfect but, we strive to do our best with each and every customer. We will lean grow from this and use it to make us better. Thank you for your feedback.

  Rufino and his team did a great job with my roof, even working in the cold in February! He was very communicative and up-front about costs and worked to get me the best price on everything i needed.

  If you need your roof done, get a quote from Rufino he is wonderful and knows what he’s doing. He will get you taken care of and will do you right with the lowest prices from anyone!!!
