Updated Review: last month, i gave this company 5 stars. This month, i find that they knowingly broke a pipe during the roofing process, lied stating they fixed the pipe, however, they pushed the pipe back up in the ceiling, and patched the hole closed. Now, i have Category 3 water damage in both of my bathrooms. I am working with my insurance company, restoration company to resolve the issues.

I am re visiting my initial review of this company and what started as roof service that I wasn't real happy with due to a job I felt wasn't complete. After talking with the manager, Quality roofing stepped up to the plate and re assessed what my roof needed to be fixed properly and they fixed the issues in a very timely manner.

Overall very happy with Jon and his great team of workers. They were very thorough, and made sure to do a very good yard clean up after the roof was completed. I would definitely recommend. The online portal is also easy to use. I choose them for the initial professionalism on their quote.

Jon came out to inspect and give us a run down on what the exact process was. He was comparable in price to others so it was a no brainer. I texted multiple people in the company and received quick replys of where we were in the process. Would highly recommend.

UPDATE....I met with Chris and Juan, they apologized and asked what could've been done differently. They were very open and attentive to my suggestions/concerns and very accommodating. I feel good about Quality Roofing moving forward. I recently had my roof replaced by Quality Roofing. Their customer service is terrible and not existent. I was under a time crunch given by my insurance company to have my roof replaced. I researched three different companies and chose Quality Roofing based upon price and a recommendation from my insurance agent. The process started out smoothly but after signing the contract and paying a deposit things started to change. I had to navigate all of the details of the roof replacement via email. I was told that there was no local office in my area to visit in person to help me with the process or to view roofing choices. I was sent pictures/manuals to choose the roof colors, etc. Throughout the entire process I never met anyone/the contractor in person. All communication was either by email, text. At times I would reach out to corporate to speak with someone personally for questions. During this process, the supplier hired by the company to deliver the roofing supplies my chandelier fell from the ceiling was damaged. I was told that it they were not liable and to contact the supply company. After several calls/texts/emails this problem was corrected. I also had additional issues that needed correction which were corrected but still never met with the contractor, only workers. Overall a more personable approach would be much more appreciated.

I had my metal roof put on my manufactured home in 2022 by Quality. After the last storm I knew it had sustained some damage and needed it to be evaluated. Juan came out and took some photos for me and checked it out and explained everything in simple terms to me in easy terms. Very polite and honest and made me know I made the right choice going with Quality Roofing.

Skylights add natural light, but without the right roofing details they can introduce unwanted heat. A well-planned installation considers placement, curb height, flashing, and the surrounding roof ventilation so daylight improves comfort instead of working against your cooling system. Our residential roofing services include skylights and the components that help them perform—sound underlayment, sealed transitions, and balanced intake and exhaust ventilation so hot air doesn’t linger at the ceiling plane. Useful checks this time of year include looking for interior staining around the shaft, dried or cracked sealant at the exterior frame, and debris collecting uphill of the skylight that could slow water flow. If glare is a concern, consider diffusing shades or films paired with correct ventilation to reduce heat build-up without losing brightness. Backed by certifications from CertainTeed, Versico, Atlas, and Brava, we focus on premium materials and careful detailing so your roof system handles sun, rain, and humidity together. Homeowners in Altamonte Springs can benefit from a roof evaluation that reviews skylights and ventilation as a single, integrated system.7 days agoLearn more
