  Hired to put new roof and gutters and siding on my home, roof and gutters no problem, the siding started rippling immediately, they strung us along claimed they were in touch with the manufactures, turned out they didn’t do anything and the owner claims it’s not their problem it’s the manufacturer and we need to have them fix it, so a year later my house looks horrible with rippled siding and on our own to fix it, and we did go through manufacturer who stated it was a installed wrong and not defected, which we have documentation from the manufacturer stating this

  Mrs . Daugherty that is because it is a manufacture defect, we did get in touch with the manufacture and were given instructions to ask your husband as the home to file a claim . We came to your house to remove pieces of the defected siding and sent them in to the manufacture they were to get in touch directly with you . All we could do to help you we did . Other than that it is a matter that needs to be resolved between you and the manufacture. If they need anything other information from our company we would be glad to answer them . I’m sorry you don’t seem to understand that part of the manufacture claims department . We can not put in the claim for you , you need to do the process .

  I am very disappointed with this company. I called to have my roof checked out, I separated time specifically at their convenience for them to come see my home. They are about an hour away from my home and call me about an hour and a half prior to tell me that they are preparing to come down now, but that they cannot place a tarp on my slate shingle roof. They gave good reason, the tarp requires nails/screws to secure it and this could cause more leaks if they break during installation. I agreed and said it’s very understandable. I did say even still I would like an estimate to replace the whole roof over my home and if possible. I want to remove all the slate and replace it with traditional shingles. I did ask if they had any other options to patch up a small hole and I was told they would call back. I waited until quarter after the time they said they were going to arrive to call and verify that they were still coming. I left a message as they did not answer the phone. I then waited for one hour for them to show up or at least call me back and nothing. I felt like this was very unprofessional. I at least deserved a call stating that they wanted to cancel the appointment whether it be not worth their time and effort, they just didn’t have a product to fix the roof, or they didn’t want to take the job. This definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to trusting a company to do the bare minimum.

  We are sorry you feel disappointed, as much as we try to make it to every appointment some jobs we just can’t take . We did try many ways to let you know , we would not be able to help you and even suggested calling other companies that we know would be able to help you with your slate roof and you refused to take their name . We tried to cancel the appointment with you , so we didn’t waste your time, because we were not going to be able to help you out . We did call and left a message explaining that we were not going to be able to help you out and that we were not going to take the job . Wish we could have been of further assistance but you didn’t want any other recommendations.

  I highly recommend Quality Roofing Express for anyone in need of a new roof. Osman and his crew did an excellent job. They all work together so well. Roof was done so quickly, the price was great and clean up was unbelievable, you would not have even known they were here. Thank you for a great job!

  I have personally had Osman and his team do three roofs for me and they are currently working on a roof for my son. From the moment I met Osman 5 years ago to the present, he has been the consummate professional. The quality of work and the attention to detail are second to none. He personally manages every job and pays close attention to every detail. He is aware at all times of what his team is doing. He only uses the highest quality roofing materials and his installation standards are well above the industry norm. Myself and my family have had a couple of weather-related roofing emergencies on both residential and commercial properties. Osman and his team were onsite within a couple of hours to secure the roofs and prevent further damage until they could come back and do the complete repairs. If you are looking for true roofing professionals that will do your job right the first time at a very fair price, then call Osman and Yuvannia at Quality Roofing Express. Osman and Yuvannia are a family owned, and family operated roofing business. I can personally say that they treat their customers like family.   A friend of ours recommended Quality Roofing Express and I am thankful he did. Our 5 year old roof was leaking and that company was no longer in business.( No surprise there.) Anyway, Quality Roofing was quick to respond to our call. Within a few days, from the initial call to the completed job, QR corrected the mistakes. They are responsive, processional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them.
