Called four times over a two week period and asked for a roof inspection. The receptionist kept taking my information and saying that the roof inspector would call me back when he was ready to schedule. On my fourth call, the receptionist put me on hold and a man answered. I told him I needed a roof inspection and he said "Let me tell you how I do business, but not trying to insinuate anything but...." and proceeded to tell me a roof inspection was $500 upfront before we can schedule. I told him that it would have been nice to know that when I called multiple times, I was never told that. He got very angry and told me not to rip his face off he was just the messenger. I said, yes, and that message would have been nice to know while I was waiting for a call back and trying to schedule a roof inspection. That's something easily communicated. He said, I am giving you the message, right now. I hung up. Don't waste your time, I think this place is a scam.

Called to have a roof leak looked at in Jacksonville. They only do commercial property roofs.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Quality Roofers Inc. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
