They were able to put a few shingles back in place that were blown loose in a storm in only a little over an hour and told me that I didn’t need to replace the full area. Their approach was more reasonable than another business I had hired in the past that tried to upsell me on a full roof replacement for a comparable problem.

The attention to detail and precision during the metal roof installation was impressive, especially considering our past experience where the crew missed a few critical measurements. This time, the job was completed within two days, including full clean-up, which substantially improved from past encounters.

I thought it would take all day to fix but they found the leak and patched it up in about 3 hours. The specialist told me the problem was cracked flashing, and they replaced it swiftly and kept me informed as they went through each process.

I expected the shingle repair to take most of the afternoon, but they efficiently identified and addressed the issue within two hours, which was quicker than a similar repair we dealt with last year. The previous repair involved replacing several damaged shingles, but this time they only needed to secure a few loose ones, suggesting a more thorough inspection during their visit.
