I had a terrible experience with this roofing company and their foreman, Armoni. He talks smooth but doesn’t follow through — added repairs after the original bid, left my chimney cap off twice during Florida’s rainy season, and didn’t care …

Hey Zak, First & foremost thank you for choosing Quality Plus Roofing & Solar. The text from our rep indicates that you didn’t comply with the payment & that is why your work was not completed. - the previous chimney cap was secured but only lightly secured as to not damage the new stucco installed, this lightly secured practice was recommended by your choice of stucco contractor for the time being until your new chimney cap was installed. - Also you did have a brand new upgrade to your chimney, where we replaced all the old rotted wood & water proofed it. - Third nail was installed for insurance discounts - Free 4 point wind mitigation given to you for the closing of your home. - you also had a flat roof transition where we added additional flat roof material at no cost to you in order to safely secure the transition of your shingle roof into your flat roof. Once again that was done on the house to secure your roof although other contractors may have charged extra for it, we did not. Lots of rotted wood was replaced on that roof decking. It’s a 1900’s home. Once again, no extra charge on that. On the house because we appreciated you choosing us over our competitors. All we need is to be compensated for the work that was done on the chimney. Let’s resolve this. Our apologies if any of this is a misunderstanding, please reach out to our office manager. Office@qualityplusroofing-solar.com They will get you taken care of immediately as long as your balance is paid. You did have a very beautiful roof installed and warranty can’t be processed until full final payment is made. Let’s work to get this issue resolved promptly as a team. Please & Thank you. I noticed another neighbor having a roof done and I understood that hers was being replaced because of the hail storms and I thought we had damaged too. Armani came and evaluated and saw that there was definitely damage from the hail storm of April 11 Outstanding job He made sure there were no nails on the ground. He came back two or three times just to check it out. He went above and beyond in all aspects of reroofing And our roof is beautiful
