  Cannot recommend enough. Franklin Hammond is a very experienced contractor who is familiar with complex claims and has a background with the claims process. He provided expert consultation along the way. On a short notice Franklin came to support the storm damage we experienced and follow ups with the insurance company on multiple occasions. He is responsive and communicates and very detail oriented with a focus on customer service. I've worked with a variety of contractors and as long as Franklin is with quality exteriors i will seek them for any of my home needs!

  Quality Exteriors does great work, shows up on time, and gets the job done. I highly recommend them. Shoutout to Franklin! He's our guy and was so helpful. He always answers his phone or calls back timely. They did a great job on our storm damage and didn't leave a mess.

  We highly recommend Quality Exteriors! The roof on our historic home was damaged by high winds, requiring a complete replacement. QE replaced the roof with a high-quality standing seam metal roof. They also replaced additional areas with copper to maintain historic accuracy. The work was extensive because of underlying repairs needed to the 160-year old decking under the old roof. QE also performed siding and soffit repairs and replaced gutters. In addition to our primary home, QE also replaced the asphalt shingle roof and gutters on one of our short-term rental homes. In summary, the workmanship was exceptional, the price as agreed, and the work completed in a timely manner. You will be very pleased for choosing Quality Exteriors!

  Blake Pugh was my agent from quality exteriors to put my roof on. They did a great job honest and was here when they said they were gonna be here. They work really well with insurance companies. Great cleanup and no flat tires from extra nails.

  Franklin Hammond at Quality Exteriors did an excellent job overseeing our entire tornado damage repair work. All roof repairs, window replacements, sheet rock work and gutter replacement were handled in a professional manner. Quality Exteriors provided excellent service and worked with us to accomplish our goals.
