Overall a very good company craftsmanship needs improvement and I had to wait almost a year for them to finally complete the job where I had no more leaks

This company had me on hold for over a year before they finally came out, the crew in office now are a bunch of smart mouth that think they can't be sued. Make sure you get the 10 year contract in writing so if you have to sue them do so, this is the only way they respond in a timely manner.

I was told three times a bid was on the way and someone would be calling to follow up. I never did get a quote or any call back. Moving on. If this is how the communicate I am happy to cut ties before starting anything with them.

This company was very helpful with my roof when another roofing company dropped the ball! Every phone call was extremely kind and supportive. The repair was done 2 weeks ahead of expected time. I will definitely be using again!

My roof needed replaced as it was leaking in multiple spots. I called 3 different companies to compare quotes and decided to go with Pyramid Roofing as they were right in the middle. When Levi Griffin came out to take measurements and give me a quote he was very professional and answered all of my many questions. I had GAF Timberline HDZ Architectual shingles installed. They went above and beyond to make my new roof look amazing and perform flawlessly. If there were more than 5 stars to give they would get them all. The crew that came out was phenomenal in how efficiently and hard they worked. Levi also came by multiple times to ensure that my expectations were met every step of the way. The attention to detail that Pyramid Roofing displayed was above and beyond any I have ever seen from a consumer standpoint. They stand behind their workmanship and products and have been extremely easy to work with in every aspect. If I ever need another roof replaced I will definitely be using them and will refer anyone to them with the highest recommendation possible.

The company was quick, professional, thorough and paid close attention to detail! The entire experience was a pleasant experience! I asked questions that I thought may have been silly but they let me know right away that if it was important to me that it was important to them!!!!!!! How can you say NO to customer service like that?? I am truly pleased with the work, the customer service, and their efficiency.....they started the morning as I pulled out the driveway to go to work and they were finished before my wife and I got home! Completely finished!
