I just want to say how pleased I am with the service I received from P R Q Exteriors. I noticed a leak in my diningroom ceiling during a thunderstorm. I call to make an appointment thinking it would take a couple of days to get someone out but to my surprise Austin came that afternoon. He thoroughly inspected the attic area and the roof. He showed me pictures of why I need a new roof. He also gave me 2 other options and explained the difference between the three. On Wednesday the crew showed up at 6:30 to start. They were all polite and asked what they needed to be careful around. They stripped the 2 old roofs off and had the new roof on by 3pm. They finished the roof during a thunderstorm. Then they cleaned up after themselves and told me thank you for the job. I would highly recommend this company and they come with a 25 year guarantee. Thanks so much, Linda Holliday

Zac with PRQ went above and beyond! Instead of trying to sell me a whole new gutter downspout like other contractors probably would have, he took the time to find the real issue—a single loose screw—and fixed it on the spot. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely looking out for his customers. I highly recommend Zac and PRQ if you want quality work from people you can trust!
