  I read the other reviews from this company and I can't believe that this was the same company I was using. After signing the contract I was blown off constantly. After 5 months I ended up having an attorney write me a letter to either get my roof done or get out of the contract. I was doing the work between insurance and sending the documents over to black wolf. I had to assume everything as I rarely heard anything from them; no response to any questions like, "hey should I send the check out to get endorsed or do you guys want to try to get more money for the job?". The whole process was painfully busy for me. I worked with my mortgage company to get my check endorsed, took time off work to meet up with insurance for the second inspection and printed all documents to send to black wolf. The roof is done and I see attention to details like painting the vents to match my roof but this was extremely stressful. I will change my review to one star if I have any workmanship issues with the roof. I'm still contemplating making a complaint with the bbb about how poor the customer service was.

After demo, our team began the supplement, bidding, and planning stages, and it’s not uncommon for insurance claims to take weeks or even months before major progress occurs. Although we believed we were still your best avenue for completing the repairs, we promptly issued a refund after your review and requests. We also connected you with a handyman who could help keep costs within budget since your policy did not include recoverable depreciation.   Zach from Black Wolf was such a pleasure to work with! He came out to take a look at my roof and was knowledgeable, professional, and super quick. I really appreciated that he was able to come out the same day, and even more so that there was absolutely no pressure to sign anything or make a decision on the spot. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was honest, helpful, and focused on giving me the information I needed. Looking forward to working with Black Wolf when I’m ready to move forward with the recommended repair. Highly recommend!

  Zach and his team were professional and clean. They did a great job replacing the underpayment and facia on our roof. I especially liked how they updated us with drone photos so we could see the progress and quality of work.

  Our insurance company denied part of our claim, due to a minor technicality. Residential Operations Mgr, Brittney Harrington along with her senior leadership team at Black Wolf Roofing, followed up diligently to help us receive full restitution.
