These guys are constantly beating on my door. They blatantly ignore the neighborhood no solicitation signs.

Dustin, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for any frustration caused by the door-to-door solicitation in your neighborhood. We were unaware of any solicitation signs and recognize that we may have missed them, especially since this was our company’s first time in the area. We completely respect the preferences of local residents, as well as city ordinances, and can assure you that we will take extra care moving forward to avoid such occurrences. If you would like, please contact us directly with your address, street name, or neighborhood, and we will ensure this does not happen again in the future. We had the pleasure of working with Provision to replace our siding, roofing, and gutters following storm damage. The owner was knowledgeable and professional, and I truly appreciated his patience in walking me through every detail of the project. I highly recommend this team—they are as good as it gets!

In March of 2025, the area experienced a significant storm event that resulted in widespread property damage. Our team, along with many other companies, were brought in to assist homeowners during the recovery process. We take the responsibility of assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process seriously. This type of work requires a substantial investment of time, expertise, and resources, and our agreements are structured to reflect that. We strive to ensure all terms are clearly outlined and understood prior to moving forward. Regarding the concerns raised, we do acknowledge that there are items on this project that require attention. At the same time, some of the issues referenced extend beyond the scope of our work or involve broader findings not specific to our installation. That said, we remain focused on addressing all items within our scope and bringing the project to proper completion. There have been some coordination and scheduling challenges throughout this process, but we have remained available and engaged in working toward a resolution. We are currently coordinating with the homeowner to complete the remaining items and ensure the project meets appropriate standards

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism, as well as prompt attention to our roofing needs, exhibited by Justin Burnett of Provision Roofing and his team (Jesse, Dalton, Santiago and crew). In order to meet our immediate needs, they “pulled out all the stops” and we had a new roof in just 10 days! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing repairs or replacement. Provision Roofing & Repair delivered above and beyond their contracted agreement and our expectations. Finally, we are not friends, or related to these folks at all, but rather two extremely satisfied customers. Great job!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Reviews like this mean a lot to our team. Situations like yours are exactly why we do what we do. When a claim is denied, many homeowners feel stuck or assume there are no other options. In many cases it simply takes someone who understands the process to make sure the damage is properly documented and fairly evaluated. Dalton does a great job advocating for homeowners and guiding them through the insurance process step-by-step, and I’m glad to hear he kept communication clear and consistent throughout everything. At Provision Roofing & Restoration, our goal is always to make what can be a stressful situation as straightforward as possible while ensuring homeowners are treated fairly. Thank you again for trusting us with your home. We truly appreciate the opportunity to help.

I have not used the roofing service, but I have met the owner of the company. He was extremely nice and polite. Even tho I was some random guy in his church parking lot checking out his car.. lol. From this, I'd recommend him solely on that interaction. Very professional and polite to be 29 years old. Very impressed 👏 …
