  Inspected house, gave an estimate that was reasonable, had another guy come out and said they weren’t able to repair it suddenly so said to go through insurance. Made an appointment with insurance and this company bc he wanted to be present to ensure it was approved. Confirmed time and date with company and called/text the day before to confirm, never heard from them. They no call/no showed my insurance inspection they insisted being present for. No apology, no explanation and I had to do an entire new company starting from scratch. Wasted a month of my time and I could have just paid to have it repaired in that timeframe.

  My parents called pro roofing solutions for some storm damage to their home. Eddie was very accommodating for them and super friendly. My parents have a tough time hearing over the phone so he put them at ease when he helped them make necessary calls to their insurance company. He was patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We very much appreciated the transparency when going over the entire process. Thanks for making my job a little easier Eddie!
