  They never showed up. They were supposed to come out the Friday after Ian passed through on Sept 30 between 1 and 2 but never showed.

  Juan Carlos and his entire team were great, from begging to end. From first contact over the phone to finalizing the paperwork after final payment. They were clean and meticulous. The new roof and gutters look great. We are very happy.

  I had a great experience with this company; they performed a re-roof of my 18-year-old asphalt shingle roof. I just received the final inspection sign-off from the city and did not have a single issue with the schedule, scope, quality, materials, or workmanship throughout the whole process. The owner JuanCarlos provided a fair and accurate quote on the first visit. What set him apart from the other companies I received quotes from: He got the roof dimension correct (didn't include a cost to put shingles on my aluminum porch). He did not try to upsell me with exotic underlayment features, 160 mph velocity rated shingles, or any other features I don't need; insurance will make me replace roof again in 15 years regardless, and peel and stick doesn't offer a wind mitigation discount over its service life that exceeds the price of installation. Most importantly, JuanCarlos didn't try to upsell me on anything harmful to my current configuration, like adding a solar fan next to my existing ridge vents. The dumpster was dropped off on a Wednesday evening. The materials arrived Thursday morning. The crew completed tear off, two sections of deck replacement, re-nailed deck to latest code, drip edge, replacement of roof fixtures, and underlayment on Thursday. The new shingles were installed on Friday, and the dumpster was picked up first thing Saturday morning. He provided photos of the entire process and explained where things needed to be replaced. The job site was thoroughly cleaned throughout the entire process, and there were no hidden charges at the end. I was surprised with how quickly they completed the work. To top this all off, he actually had the best price out of all 5 quotes I received. A lot of companies are using inflation as an excuse to price gouge on top, but not here. I would recommend Pro Roofing Contractors to my friends and family. They did a great job at a fair price.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Juan went way out of his way to secure my home after it sustained heavy damage during the hurricane. Through his effort he saved me from thousands more in water damage. Moreover, there were several shingle options to match the color of my house AND the shingles came with a 50 year warranty. I had an inspector from the insurance company out a few weeks later and even he commented on the quality of the work. He had seen a lot of shoddy work after the storm but my roof had been done beyond exceptions. Juan and his crew were extremely diligent about keeping the mess contained. My neighbors had a roof replaced at the same time and they're still picking up roofing nails and debris. Finally, I could not be more thankful that JE worked with me and my insurance company. Some of the payment's on the insurance company's behalf were late and JE worked with me. This company is family owned and goes way out of their way to produce quality work. I would give them six stars if possible!
