I had Alex call me at 6:40 pm asking to stop by because they will “ be in the area looking at roofs that were damaged from the storm and they were wondering if they could stop by”. Once I said thanks Alex we actually just got our roof replaced. He hung up in my face ! I would steer clear from these guys.

The worst experience roofing contractor we have ever seen! Left my roof leaking and never put on any tarp even did not answer our phone call and message for half month. And no any explanation to us after sudden disappear. NO responsibility at all . Not trust-able! If you like stay away from the trouble then do not use this contractor. Why not phone reply and text reply for 3 weeks? Totally disappear from the earth!!! There is no response AT ALL for 3 weeks!!!!!! How could you treat your customer like this?????

Horrible service. The worst experience ever! My roof was leaking and no tarp covered and they suddenly disappeared without any notice. We called but nobody answered phone, we left message but nobody replied, we also texted message, still no reply. This company is totally a scam. If you do not want to be involved in more trouble with dealing your damaged roof already. DO NOT USE THIS contractor!

During inspection, they noticed that my roof tiles were still in decent condition but the underlayment had started breaking down. Instead of suggesting full replacement, they focused on reinforcing the base layer and sealing weak points. That felt like a practical and honest approach rather than an expensive upsell.

Pro Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. The weather damage had caused a sizable leak in the house. Pro Roofing was very professional and prompt. The entire job was finished in one day.
