They didn't return my first phone call and only called back a day after the second message I left. Then they didn't show up for the appointment to give us an estimate. They also never talked to the message I left about the missed appointment.

Sorry about that. We are an owner operated company, and do need to work on returning phone calls more promptly. Thanks for the feedback.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Awful people. No respect for the community.

Dear Marcy, I’m sad to hear you say that. Who are you? For those who may read Marcys review, I can tell you that we have never done any work for her. She may have the wrong company.

Easy to communicate with, fast response and and quick to fix. Thankful for all of this and not being pushy on needing a new roof like other companies.

Jared and team did a very nice job on our garage and house roofs. Did the little things to ensure it lasts. Would gladly use them again in the future. Good communication.

Always fast and friendly service, and they go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! We had an old solar tube start to leak and not only did they come out right away to fix that for us, but made sure our other solar tube …

Unbelievably honest. Will not upsell you. A real business that you can trust. It just seems to me that this is super rare and I'm very thankful for this company. Please support this family business.

We had a water leak from heavy rains coming through the ceiling exhaust fan in our master bathroom. We contacted the same company that replaced the roof 15 years ago. Called and left a voice mail at 8:05 am on Monday. Joshua (not sure of the spelling) called me at 8:30 am and was at our home at 10:45 am. He replaced the vent cover that was damaged in less than 30 minutes and inspected the other vents that were all good. I will always use Pritchetts Roofing if needed. A great company to deal with and very honest! Thank you Joshua🙏 Regards…Michael Eubank

Pritchett's has installed several new roofs at properties I own. They also identified and fixed a persistent leak at my business building that others roofers could not find. I could not be happier with their service. A new roof is a major investment and I wanted a company that I felt was experienced and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for a new roof or any needed repairs.

I appreciate the kind, honest and professional demeanor Jared displayed in his work ethic. He was very helpful by sharing pictures where I would never be(roof, attic) to show the work he did! I would definitely recommend this company! I have been very, very happy with the work done! You will not be disappointed using this company.

Jared put 5 anchors on the roof for safety. I thought that maybe 2 or 3 but code said 5 and I'm glad he went the extra mile for me. Chuck

I originally called Pritchett's Roofing in 2020 when I found my ceiling dripping water into my house during a rainstorm. Jared came out the same day, found the leak in the roof, replaced the rotten wood and installed new shingles. His price was very reasonable and his work was excellent. I called again this year for the same reason. He showed up promptly, identified the reason for the leak, and fixed it promptly. Again, his price was reasonable. I couldn't ask for more. He's tops on my "go-to" list for any roofing problems.

Pritchett Roofing first replaced (completely) my parent’s two-story roof with such honest, fair, timely and EXCELLENT work that we asked them to do our roof! The job, despite being a tear off, was kept extremely clean and the work done was so efficient. Both roofs look beautiful! Since then they have come out to help maintain both roofs. I like their work ethic so much I have them also maintaining a roof for my wife’s 94 year old client that she care gives for. I/We recommend Pritchett’s roofing every time!

Great experience! I had a roof leak and Jared came out the next day and was able to find the leak and fix it same day within an hour. Fast response time and great price! I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I’m super happy with Prichett’s Roofing. I used this company twice for a roof repair of missing shingles. Jared came right away and he even worked on my roof even it was dark already. I also asked if he could repair my gutters. He doesn’t do gutters, but he was able to fix it without additional cost. Thank you so much! Prichett’s Roofing is a company you can trust!

Im super satisfied with the work Pritchetts team did. They were speedy, clean, and the cost came in right at quote. They are easy to work with and communicate well. I highly recommend. I had two estimates Pritchetts was similar to the others, but i read about the quality and went with them. I highly recommend Pirtchetts roofing!
