  We, along with our neighbors had an unfortunate hail event that damaged our roofs here in Fort Worth, I met with several contractors but no one impressed me like Prime Roofs did. Chad, the owner, is amazing. Not only is he easy to deal with, he listens to the home owners expectations and is very knowledgeable with the process the insurance company requires. He was on site when our insurance adjuster inspected the roof, then when we got the appraisal back, this is where Chad and his team shinned. Chad and Josh were able to negotiate with our insurance company for all the missed items to complete an accurate assessment of a full roof replacement by providing supporting documentation and dialog to resolve the claim. They accepted his supplement. As a home owner, i felt completly taken care of, knowing my home was going to be put back to normal. Chad always made himself available to discuss next steps and help us through our roof replacement and decisions. Today was the install day. He brought his team of 23 skilled workers lead by Mauricio, out to my home and replaced my roof all in one day! it looks gorgeous and the quailty is top notch. I highly, highly recommend Prime Roofs, you will be glad you went with them. Trust me!

  Prime Roofs replaced our roof. They were here on time. Actually to the minute as promised! The crew was polite and friendly. Where they found issues they provided pictures and explained what needed fixing to be done to fix it properly. They cleaned up completely. I highly recommend Prime Roofing!!

  I'm a former & current client of this company. They've done work for me. And will continue to do so. OUTSTANDING company! I dispute & challenge any of these "one star" reviews, to post a copy of the invoice to PROVE that work was done. I dispute the legitimacy of their claim. It sounds like they are purposely making statements about them to impact business. It's all very "SLANDEROUS and DEFAMATORY!"

  Chad is the perfect mesh of professional and friendly! This company is outstanding and took amazing care of my mom’s house for us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. Hands down will be the only company i will let work on my house and the only company i will be recommending to my own clients or friends and family. Satisfied is an understatement!
